People who have met Lim Chaewon would describe her in one word as sweet. She is always willing to help others with a sweet smile on her face. Chaewon is friendly and amiable around others making them feel comfortable. She is someone people can never hate. She treats people genuinely because she believes the good in people. She is someone who says things with sincerely and always keeps her words if she promises something. Chaewon would never lie or say half hearted things she won't keep and completely dislikes people who do so. When Chaewon doesn't like someone or they did something wrong to her, she may act passive-aggressive. She is not someone to be aggressive or verbal with her feelings, so she uses her actions to make subtle hints about it. She may make excuses not meet/avoid them or resist helping them. Lim Chaewon was born on January 09 in Haecheon, South Korea. She is the only child of Lim Yunho and Cha Jiwon who are owners of a Korean Noodle Resturant in the huge shopping center. Raised by two upright and conscienious adults, Chaewon was taught to be obedient and rational. They weren't able to have a second child so, they put all their expectations and ambition into Chaewon. It was almost like they wanted her this perfect robot doll. They made her take tutoring lessons to boost her academics and extra-cirircularactivies (7 years of playing the piano and 5 years of violin) to equip her with extra skills.

Seeing this the Lims decided to take use of this opportunity to get on the good side of the Kwons. So, they purposely set the two up for dinner several times. Hajoon was charming and sweet, but she was cautious about dating. After three months of him pursuing her, Chaewon finally agreed to date Hajoon.

The beginning of their relationship was as sweet as it was before they were dating. However, three months into the relationship, he started to change. He started getting possessive of her, he wouldn't like it when she would hang out with the guys from her clubs or just male classmates. He would call her every when she is out with friends. He would wait in front of her school to pick her up. He would let her out of his sight and it was getting to much. Even Areum noticed it and told her told that this wasn't normal. But, Chaewon couldn't break up with him, she would feel bad and think maybe it's overprotectiveness. But it didn't stop and only got worse.
He began to be abusive, she found out too late that Hajoon would throw things and hit her when got too angry. She would cover it up the bruises. Most of them are on her arms, so she mostly wore long sleeves. Or she would say she fell. She didn't tell anyone about it but, of course Areum found out anyways. At first she saw this pink spot that Chaewon seem to have tried to cover up with makeup. Areum thought that it was a hickey and that her baby Chaewon has finally grown up. But she also saw that Chaewon was always uncomfortable when her sleeves or shirt shifted. So, Areum finally pulled up Chaewon's sleeve to find a newly red bruise. Areum was furious and announced that she was going to go slash that jerk Kwon Hajoon's tires. Chaewon stopped her but, she decided it was time to put an end to this toxic relationship after 6 months of dating.
She told him face to face after school in front of the gates where Areum was standing near and students are getting out of school. Chaewon wanted to be in a public place so, that he wouldn't make a scene. He begged her to not break up and that he was sorry. But, Areum dragged her away so, that she wouldn't be wavered. She had told her parents that she broke up with Hajoon (minus the whole abusive part). They were quite upset, Hajoon displayed such charming and gentlemen acts to them and came from a well off family particularly the Kwons. They were just too regretful to let that go. They would still bring up his name occasionally.

Background:
Park Daehan was born into a low income household, family of five in Jeonju, South Korea. His parents were always busy working jobs and taking care of his twin younger brothers. Daehan wasn't very close to his parents because this. However, he did what he could to help support the family financially by taking multiple part time jobs after school and on the weekends.
At age 18, he was turned. It was one ordinary day that changed his fate. That day, he had a late night errand run for a restaurant owner to purchase ingredients that were only available at the supermarket at the upper side of town. On his way back he ended up turning at the wrong road. He stopped, deciding to turn back but, then he heard noises from the woods on the side of the road. He was curious, wandering in the woods he encountered a frantic girl feeding from a bunny. The girl, Jung Rina had pale skin, fangs - she was a vampire. Daehan wasn't too suprised to see that she was a vampire. Daehan had always belived that nothing is impossible. He also had interest in myths and supernaturals as a young child.
Jung Rina was wandering around trying to find blood to replenish herself when she was attacked by a vampire hunter and only nearly escaped with a wound. Although she had been a vampire for four years, this was the first time she encountered a hunter alone without her vampire "parents". When she saw Daehan, she was alert, she could have killed him and his blood right away but, she didn't. There was something about him, he didn't flinch at all when he saw her blood out of the bunny. She could smells his blood, it was type O, her favorite.
Daehan somehow wanted to help her, he knew that the thing that would help a vampire the most in this kind of circumstance is blood. Also, he saw her staring intensely at his skin. So, why not let her drink his blood if it was going to save her? What is the worse that could happen? Well, he could be dead but, its not like he had much to live for anyways no goals and his family wouldn't care too much.
Normally, Rina wouldn't care for her prey even they end up lifeless. But, this time she only drank enough to relenish. While Daehan was unconcious, Insoo, her sire came. He thought about killing Daehan because human weren't suppose to know the existance of vampire or supernatrals in general. But Rina, plead.Insoo to not kill him because she felt like she owed him for saving her life. In the end Insoo decided to turn him. If he was a vampire then it wouldn't break the rules about humans knowing about supernaturals. Also, it might be nice for Rina to have someone like a brother and close to her age.That day he became a vampire, Insoo went to Daehan's parents to have Daehan lived with him and promised to support him. His parents agrreed especially, with the large amount of money they were given in exchange for Daehan. His parents didn't ask too much and just bought the story that Daehan be studying abroad.
SInce that day 84 years ago, he woke up as a vampire and lived a much happier life with Insoo, his sire, Insoo's wife/soulmate Hyunju, and sister Rina. They became a pleasant little family. Well, to other people Insoo and Hyunju are Daehan and Rina's Uncle and Aunt since they look too young to be parents for grown teens. They made a fake background story that the kids' parents died three years ago. Daehan was able to live a happier and carefree life. He didn't have to worry too much about working handling school and late part time jobs. At time when the World War 1 had just started, they decided to just stay in Korea. They spent about 11 years, half of it in Mokpo and half in Daegu. Then, the Korean War started and they also thought it was great timing to start exploring places outside of Korea. They moved to the United States moving along several different states for 30 years (Massachusetts, North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, and Colorado). Then, they decided to go to Europe, stayed there for about 30 years (France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and Spain). They end up deciding to explore Asia, lived in Hong Kong for 5 years, Taiwan for 3 years, and 3 years in Japan. Their most recent stop is Haecheon, South Korea. After 82 years, the Jung clan decided to move back to South Korea last year. It was actually Daehan's 100th birthday wish to move to Haecheon this time. He had heard from a vampire friend that Haecheon was a nice place to stay and there were the population of supernatrals living there.He enrolled to Baekjae high. This is his second year now, he is in 3C.

Rina grew up in an orphanage before her life with the Jungs, so they're her only family. Daehan wasn't particularly close to his siblings, so Rina and Daehan's siblings bond is very strong. Rina is very protective of her brother, they did a lot things together over the last 80 years. So, Rina clearly was not happy when Daehan met his soulmate and spent so much time with her. Rina didn't really like Chaewon. Even if she wasn't a vampire, she could have at least been any kind of other supernatural BUT, NO she just had to be helpless human. First Meeting
Chaewon was walking out from school at 6:30pm after working on a group project. This time Areum wasn't with her as Areum was sick with a fever. Chaewon insisted she would be fine afterall almost three months since they broke up. Hajoon hasn't been stalking her that often anymore. The sun was beginning to set as she walked home the same road as every other day. The was hardly any one near has every else had left. Suddenly, someone's hand was over and the other hand gripping her wrist dragging towards a direction. It was Hajoon. It started starting rambling on how she was playing with his feelings while happily talking to other guys. She tried to scream anand resist his grip as he dragged her towards his car parked near.
Out of nowhere, Jung Daehan intervened, punched Hajoon knocking him off of Chaewon. Hajoon was furious and slightly scared after seeing Daehan's intense glare. Daehan wanted to punch him some more but seeing that Chaewon seem to be frighten with the whole situation. So, instead he gave her a comforting smile, and grabbed her hand and signaled her to run.
Daehan did not know Lim Chaewon very well. He only seen her a few times at school and he knew her as the girl who was best friends with the school's girl crush Han Areum who was almost as fiesty as his sister Rina. There was also that news going around that she broke up with her boyfriend in front of school. However, seeing her being dragged by her ex-boyfriend he couldn't help but step in. He hated men who disrespect women, Insoo and Hyunju taught him better than that.
As soon as their hands touched, he felt a shock. He almost let go of her hand. He knew exactly what this was, the sign of his soulmate. Insoo and Hyunju had told him all about. Daehan looked over at Chaewon her heart was beating fast and her mind was still wrapping her head around her ex-boyfriend almost kidnapping her and now she running off with Jung Daehan, the school's rebellious flirt. Daehan was confused that his soulmate was human. He was pretty sure species were not allowed to intermingle.
The two finally snapped out of their thoughts. Getting her home was the goal. He offered to walk her home but she wasn't so sure about walking home with someone she barely knew. He told her he will walk behind then but she would like was being stalked. So, they ended going with the original plan walking side by side. While they were walking, Chaewon shyly thanked him for saving her. She said she'll repay him next time. Daehan was amused, he jokes on that she wants to meet him again. He found her adorable like a kitten. They arrived at her home, he told he wanted borrow her phone to call his friend to pick him up because he left it at home. He pressed some numbers but, didn't call anyone. Them, he smiled and gave the phone back to her. "This is my number, text me". Chaewon did not expect that she was flustered. She didn't know how react and he left. When she turned around it was like he dissapeared. She couldn't even see his back from far away.
Love Story
The next morning Chaewon thought about it rationally, she didn't text him. She was worried about about falling for another charming guy who could possibly hurt her again. He texted her with a "Hi" but she didn't respond so, she asssumed he gave up. A couple days later, Jung Daehan saw Lim chaewon not in class. The Lim Chaewon who never missed class a single day. Daehan on the other skipped class pretty often. Chaewon was stressed out because the news going around that she was almost kidnapped by her ex. There was constant wispering about her the whole day and she hated it. For the first time ever, she hated being in class. She heistated whether she enter her homeroom. So, seeing that Daehan grabbed her hand again and led her to ditch class with him for a nice day off. They went out for bubble tea, her favorite. They talked and spent the day together before going to school before it ended. She was happy that she has never felt so free.
After that, she ditch again or anything but, she began to text Daehan. They started spending time toagther during breaks and lunch. Areum was there too but, she also leaves sometimes to give the two alone time. He spent time in the library after school on somedays with her. Even though he absolutely hates the library, he enjoyed the time with her. He would asleep sitting across from her while she was reading. Chaewon was amused and sometimes stared at him while he was asleep. On days she stayed after school he would also stay on campus to walk home with her and Areum just case Hajoon comes back.
After a couple of months they ended up dating naturally. It was a secret that only both their best friends knew about. There was something Chaewon had always wanted to do. She wanted go out at night for a drive and walk the streets eating street food and sight see. She lived in Haecheon since she was a child but was never allowed to go out at night. So, they did just that. She lied to her parents, something she has never done before saying she was out with Areum. Of course Areum was more than happy to cover for her. They spent the night at Daehan and's Johnny's place. Johnny was out clubbing and probably stayed out somewhere hooking up with girls. Before Johnny left he placed candles and clean the house for Daehan, wishing the best for his best friend. Johnny might be a player but his best friend Daehan was just a friendly flirt who never really enjoy hooking up with random girls. he only had three realtionships in his lifetime. (whether something happened or not totally up to you).
They were completely in love. They changed each for the better. Chaewon began to be more confident in herslef and more willing to try new things. Kwon Hajoon was still furious that Jung Daehan punched and humilated him. He was even angry when he found out that Daehan began dating the "love of his life" Chaewon. So, using his shady connections, he hired a skilled gang of hitmen to kill Daehan. It is hard for Daehan to die being a vampire but not impossible.If he does die, Rina might go crazy. She'll end up killing hajoon, the hit men but also the problem that caused her bother to be targeted - Chaewon. ( This might be too much?)

Maybe you would want an ending that is more realated to the Night Council or the prophecy. I don't really have a good idea for the ending. You can come up with what you want.
