im so sick with dealing with my depression and anxiety and stress and I feel so alone . sometimes I think if i disappeared then everyone would be happier without me . But have to force my self to keep going .
Hi there, don’t dwelling yourself over the distressful things. That’s sure lead you to feel anxious. It is because your mind keep getting back to the negative thoughts that make you cant let go and move on. Try to think of the day where you were the most happiest person. Or the thing that can bring your mood better. I’m sure there is a way to get you back to the brightest side. Hold on, and don’t give up. Also don’t think that you have no one to stand by you. Look around, there is other people who are more unfortunate state out there. Cheer up! You still got someone here to listen and talk to. Wish you to be stronger and feel better soon! :)
