Help :(

Hello everyone ! So um you see, I haven't written any blogs here for a long time. I wanna ask you guys something. Hence the title of this is "Help".

1. Does anyone here experienced insomnia? Can you guys tell me how do you prevent it without taking any medication? I took medication from day 1 till now and it's kinda take a toll on me. I don't want to rely on med too much. If you guys have any better ways to prevent it, please do tell me. I haven't told my psychologist about this so um I wanna ask for everyone opinion.

2. I wanna write a story. But.... you see, English is not my first language. And I don't know how to make the story line got better from chapter to chapter. I'm sure you guys have lots of experience so please tell me how to write a good story! I'm trying so hard to write one right now (and it's in my language) but everytime I read it back, I feel like there's no emotion at all 😫 So if you guys can help me please drop a comment or two below 🙂

3. Any new SehunxOC stories recommendation? I tried looking for one but none of them meet my expectation so I keep reading the old stories I subscribed again and again 😂 It's doesn't matter which genres as long as it's Sehun and OC. Oh and for OC, I don't mind if the author put a name. Just recommend me your favourite SehunxOC fanfiction ~~~ Your help is really helping me alots.

I think that's all. So everyone hope you guys can help me solve this problem ><

For insomnia maybe try cut out caffeine? If this is a long time struggle of yours check with a professional.

Aa for writing, storyline start of by planning out your start, middle and ending. Then fill out the rest. I can tell you from experience that good writing comes from practice and reading other writing. You can't be good from the start.

Sehun x OC, I've written some. You can browse them and see if you like any.

I haven’t experienced insomnia but do check if you’re under some kind of stress.

I can help you with point two though. Try to focus on the imagery. The more you add it, the readers would be able actually visualise what’s going on. You can use the dreams you’ve had to put in a twist to the story. Put yourself in the shoes of the character and think of what you would like to see happen next.

I’ve found that song lyrics also help in some cases.
