Happy new year everyone! Hope you guys all had an awesome break and are ready to get back to ur daily lives 💪💪💪 so, quick update. I went to finland and norway over the break, highlight was definitely seeing the northern lights in person, came back, and now i’m on my first work term so basically i’m working and not taking any classes (this is part of canada’s co-op curriculum, at least how it is in my university). If it stays this way then i’ll be less busy than i usually am during my study term, so let’s hope i can update this term loool.

 Lots of change this beginning of the year - i have a boyfriend now!!!!! He’s been one of my closest friends here in canada for quite a while now (since last winter term 2018) and last fall term we started getting closer and closer and in january he finally sealed the deal. I like him a lot - he’s nice (he’s taken care of me and 2 other friends when we were being drunks, phat spirit right there), dumb for some stuff but actually really smart, plays guitar and piano really well, and most importantly, really nice to be with. He’s kind and funny, and i enjoy every second of being with him. I’m really happy and i hope it stays this way. Also i love it when he tells me his geeky mathy/compsci stuff with extreme enthusiasm 😂
