Fear is good. It reminds me of what I need to be reminded of. I shall remember it. Perhaps you might need to as well. In my case, I just found out there is a mouse in my house. I may be freaking out because the door to my room has no lock. It literally does not stay close! So fear is good. It tells me what to do. To call the damn pest control!!
