Personality : 

Miyeong is the stereotypical mom friend. She has always been the person who takes care of friends, through good times and bad, even if they are much younger or even much older than her. Everyone knows she was born to take care of other people. She is incredibly caring and will sacrifice herself endlessly to support those she loves. She loves people easily and her friends always feel like her family. She's smart but not in a school way: she always did average in class, and that was just because she's very well organized and could force herself to study. Instead, she's smart in a common sense way: when someone has a problem, she'll easily come up with a solution. And when someone wants to make a bad decision, she'll use her logical skills to talk them out of it. She's able to stay calm in most stressful situations and figure out what to do. 

But she does have her flaws. Sometimes she will forget that she is someone's friend and not their parent, and nag them so much even though it's uncalled for. She knows her common sense skills so she thinks her advice is always the best, so when people don't follow her advice and things go wrong she gets really angry at that. She can be very judgemental to people who don't take care of themselves financially, so if someone doesn't have enough money for food but parties a lot she won't feel bad for them. She is very calm and collected most of the time, but if she feels like she is not in control she will have a mini freak out. But, it goes away really quickly, and she doesn't like to let anyone see her in her freak out times.

Life Background: 

Both of Miyeong's parents are very successful businesspeople: her mother and father work for one of the most successful marketing companies in South Korea. This meant that Miyeong's family was never comfortable, they never had to worry about money. But, both of her parents were almost always busy at work. They'd leave early in the morning and come back late at night, as soon as Miyeong's siblings started being born. They asked Miyeong to start helping out: taking care of her siblings, cooking, and doing chores. Miyeong did it all happily to please them, and soon, she realized that it was her passion. As her siblings grew up, her parents were around less and less, and Miyeong became the parent more and more. She did all the cooking, even leaving leftovers in the fridge for when her parents got home late at night. She picked her siblings up from school, helped them with homework, played with them, and cleaned the house. It was a lot of work for just a young kid, and sometimes she resented her parents for giving her all this responsibility at such a young age. But at the same time, she loved her siblings to death and knew that without her, they'd be left on their own, so she did all of the work happily. 

But when Miyeong turned 18, she realized that she needed a change in her life. She'd spent her whole childhood watching music shows with her siblings when they were free, and her siblings had always told her how pretty her singing voice was. She realized that in her whole life, she'd never done anything just for herself. So, she decided to audition for sm just because. 

How you became a trainee: 

She went to many auditions: for pledis, jyp, fnc, cube, and sm. She didn't make those auditions and she was absolutely heartbroken. But her siblings encouraged her to give it another shot. Now that she had some experience, she went back to SM entertainment and got into the company! Even though she was really happy to be in the company, she was scared to leave her siblings behind on their own. She moved into the SM dorm, but visits them every other night and stays back home on the weekends just so she can make sure they're doing alright.

Your lover : NCT's Qian Kun

Relationship: They are dating and in a very serious relationship. They haven't officially said anything, but they talk about each other constantly and occasionally tag each other in photos. So most people theorize they're together and ship them.

 How you met?: Before both of them debuted, SM started a program for Korean and international trainees to teach each other their languages. Kun and Miyeong got paired up, for Miyeong to teach Kun Korean and Kun to teach Miyeong Chinese. Even though lots of girls bragged about getting the more y trainees, Miyeong had immediately fallen for Kun even after just one day of the tutoring session. She really enjoyed his more reserved, calm, and caring personality. He fell for her immediately too, and they began to go on dates after every tutoring session. They were a couple within a few weeks, and their relationship stayed strong ever since. 

Since they have been dating since predebut, for about four years, they are very comfortable with each other. Sometimes Kun will take her for fancy dinners out, but most of the time they just prefer to sit on the couch, pig out on snacks, and watch kdramas. Once a year they go camping together. They love to cook food from their home country for each other. They also tease each other a lot, but never too harshly. Their personalities balance out a lot. Kun and Miyeong are both the mothers of their group, so they like to take care of other people. How did you guys meet?: Kun knew many of the chinese idols at SM entertainment, so one day he introduced Miyeong and Victoria. They became best friends right away. Miyeong really admires Victoria's elegance, and Victoria admires Miyeong's maturity, even at her much younger age. Even though they have a really big , since Miyeong acts so much older they complimented each other really well. They love to go and get coffee together in the really mornings and gossip about other idols that they know or talk about raising children aka their crazy members. 

Your best friends personality?:  On the outside, Victoria seems like an elegant and classy queen. On the inside, she is a dorky, fun loving mom/member, and her and Miyeong love to share their secret silly sides together.
