need a little of advice
Since 2015, I been trying to lose weight and successfully I did lost about 45 pounds. I was really on my heavy point, 170 pounds on a 5′3 girl. Don’t get me wrong, I am proud of myself. I can’t believe it that I did it on my own. There is the other side of weight loss and that is dissatisfaction. I am not yet satisfied with my body, the whole stomach issue have been the hardest thing.
Yes, I know that you cannot spot reduce. That’s not my problem, the problem is that in two years after maintaining the weight I still cannot lose the belly fat. I have searched for workouts, diets or anything to help. And yet it’s still there.
To me, I think the remaining fat on my stomach area is telling me to lose more weight when I think I’m at the perfect range. It is just the flab of that gets to me.
To due that, I have researched programs that helped many people such as Kayla Itsines, Cassey Ho, and more. And the best one so far to my reading and many other reviews is Jen Ferruggia. Jen’s program looks alike Kayla’s ‘BBG’ but less expensive and plus her food plan is better than Kayla’s as well. I heard that her food plan isn’t that great.
This is where the advice is needed. I want to talk to my mom about purchasing Ferruggia’s workout program. I kept telling that I need to workout more to lose the fat, but moms always say to their daughters-you look good. You look better, you don’t to lose any more weight. BUT I’M NOT HAPPY. I want to do this so I can be more confident in myself. And if I purchased this program, this isn’t just for me. My parents always want to lose weight too and maybe this can help them too.
So what are your thoughts? Any advice to talk to my mom??
