—   At school her natural,bare face warms the hearts of many admirers, choosing to wear make up out side of school. Her right ear is filled with piercings, while the left side holds a bar. She has a word tattoo on her right wrist that is easily coverable by bracelets or a watch. Although she is 176 cm (5.77 ft) and 70 kg (154.3 lbs), she is perfectly healthy for her age. She just has a harder time gaining weight and losing weight than others.

prsoNlity.  Cam is very smart, spending most of her youth schooling in private school. Cam has always maintained a ranking in the top 25 of her grade. Cam is very outspoken. She tells it like it is because the truth is always better than a lie. No matter what people know that when they come to her, they are getting her honest opinion. Some say competition is unfair, but Cam welcomes the challenge because it only helps in further developing everyone involved. Her competitive spirit comes alive and she is a force to be reckoned with. Because she is so competitive, she does have a tendency for being a little aggressive. It's not because she angry because a really caring person, she just wants everyone to give their all so they won't be doubtful later. So is always the person you want to go to when you need that extra push.

Cam is extremely loyal. Her volleyball team understood that she has a loyalty to herself above all and supported her leaving the team to become and idol, but before leaving she was a ride or die for her team. She would defend them with her life. No one dares to bully someone close to ger and the same goes for when she entered the company. Although she hasn't gotten close to the new trainees, she still defends them from the outside world because they are her family that can only understand what she's going through. Because of her many sudden changes, she has become extremely adaptable and is usually quick to help fix problems such as routine change, clothing mishaps and ect.

Nothing being the captain of a volleyball team and having so much to keep up on class wise, Cam became very critical of herself. It only worsened when she joined bighit and having 4 years of training. She see the talent and potential in the other girls and often doubts is she choose the wrong path. Sometimes when she thinks about her family, she get a little detached, often losing focus and messing up. 

When I tell you this girl is floating with energy, I'm telling you she's in the clouds. She is so entertaining at times and can make almost anyone smile and laugh. And just as energetic as she is, she's sentimental. She's sentimental about her family but also the causal things that happen in kdrama and/or animes. She could cry because something was sad or because it was extremely sweet. She's just that intuned with her emotions, often causing worry to others. But this also makes her very evasive. She just about knows how to get out of talking about what she doesn't want to. 

bckground. Growing up, Cam was always surronded by love. Her parents were very affectionate and made sure she was properly rasied to show respect and make her family look good. Cam went to a private school and took up volleyball as a sport at the age of 10 outside of school because it was the sport her father played as apart of the oylmpic team. When she wasnt in school or at volleyball practice, she was with her mother and alot of other comunity members preparing for the Yosakoi festival where she would participate in a Yosakoi styled dance number and then sing with a few girls. The festival is where Cam learned she enjoyed singing more than dance and started participating in the songs more often than the dances. Right before Cam's senior year, Cam's father was relocated to Seoul , Korea to take on the role of board director of the hospital. Cam had a rough time transitioning in Seoul but it was made easier with the help of her new volleyball team. Bonding closely with the girls, especially Weng Jie, helped Cam to feel comfortable and explore new interest like photography and Kdrama's. In 2013, Cam accompanied Weng Jie to audition at Bighit. While waiting for the audition's to end, Cam put her head phones in and hummed a few Vixx song's while posting a few photo's onto Instagram, when an employee guiding the auditioners into the room, ushered her as well. Cam paniked alittle bit but fallowed along figuring that once she was on the inside she could just tell them it was an accident, however, they had her audition anyway to see if she had potential. Cam was the last person of her group to audition and the only one not stopped, allowing her to sing her entire SONG. Cam was asked to fill out an application form before she left Weng Jie. A few weeks after the audtion's, Cam recieved and packet from Bighit explaining that she was accepted, but it wasnt the happy ending she had hoped for. Firstly, she had a free ride to SNU for being scouted to join the volleyball team, coached by a friend of her fathers. Secondly, there was no way her parents would even let her go down the path that led to being an idol. Her life was planned out for her. Go to SNU. Play volleyball. Join the Olympic team, eventually putting her degree in Dietetic's to use after retiring from the team. Knowing that she couldn't persue music she declinded, telling them that her audition was a mistake. She thought it would end there but they told her mistakes often bring the happiest moments in life. After discusing the situation she was in they agreed to take things slower than they intially planned for the first year of training than they planned to give time to tell her parents and get them on board. Cam's first year of college and training went smoothly with the help of her new friend Donghan and Weng Jie. However the time came to tell her parents and as you can guessed it didnt go well. Cam was given the choice a music career or her family. It saddened her to make the choice but she enjoyed making music. In the last year it had become her secret identity that she no longer wanted to hide. This decison cost her the relationship with her parent. She moved into the dorm for Bighit and left the volleyball team with the support of her friends and team mates. Bighit allowed her to continue her courses untill irt became to much for her. Cam put her degree on hold in 2016 to focus soely on her training. When the groups debut failed, Cam contemplated if she should resume school and reach out to her parents in hopes of reconnecting, but after talking to Donghan, who had become a trainee at another company, and Seoulji, Cam relised that this was her dream and it deserved another go. Cam was ready to prove that she has what it takes to make it. She ready to give her Blood, Sweat, and Tears.

— Taemin is super shy and affectionate at the same time. When the he and cam are together, he really shows how he feels, but when others are around he get shy about holding hands or kissing. His energy and goofiness shines 200% he always makes cam laugh or do something super silly with him that could potentially embarrass them both, but since hes a super determined person, he pushes cam to be her best helping her with or with out her knowledge, on stage, off stage, public and private.

— The pair met in 2010 when Shinee went on tour in Japan for the very first time. The girls volleyball team went and had meet and great passes. It was almost love at first sight for Cam. Shortly after that Cam started to really get into kpop and listened to it more frequently, especially Shinee. . She had become a familiar face to the members, until she moved to Korea and was unable to attend fan events or concerts.The next time the pair met wasnt until Cam was a trainee and the pair bumped into each other when Taemin came to visit Jimin. The two quickly exchanged contacts and kept contact up until Cam's debut. Taemin ask's about Cam when he talks to Jimin.
