Hi Everyone <3

Not sure who will read this, but while I've been away from the site for so long I still receive notifications of amazing people commenting on my stories and/or subscribing to them for which I am so grateful for. Since I never really been able to give a proper explanation for my years long hiatus (and perhaps no one really cares which I totally understand as well ^^") I just wanted to write a short blogpost as to why I haven't been able to update and why I'm not online often anymore. 

First of all, I totally appreciate all the support I've received on this site. Seriously, it means the world to me. Hearing your comments, seeing people still subscribing to The Fallen and even helping the story make the "Featured" page is all thanks to all of you amazing people reading my work, upvoting it and commenting on it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for that. I doubt I'll ever be able to repay you for this, but know that the support has been heartwarming and so encouraging - I just don't have the words. Honestly, if you guys are really interested, I'm going to figure out if it's possible to turn The Fallen into a perma-free book on Amazon without potentially getting sued by SM lol.

Here's a little tidbit that maybe not everyone knows about: I wrote The Fallen those couple of years ago not only because I love EXO and still do with a passion, but also to test the waters and see if random strangers on the internet would like how I write. Writing has been my love and passion since I was kid and I always wanted to find out if I had what it took to maybe potentially become a professional writer. 

The support I received on this site really encouraged me to take that leap and focus on becoming an author. So, I buckled down and the reason for being so absent is because I've been working on some original work all this time! In fact, the first prequel book I have planned for 3 different series is set for a soft launch starting on August 18th and the official publishing date is August 21st (this is something I probably wouldn't really have the courage to do were it not also for the support I received here). It is very different from what I've written on this site thus far, but it's a stepping stone to other stories that I'll be busy with in the upcoming years (the first series planned after this first book will involve a badass, female warrior and loads of dragons!). 

I still hope to come back to this site to make more stories about the idols we love (in a non-creepy way lol) and I just really wanted to thank everyone who has supported my work silently and actively - You are amazing, thank you so much, and I hope you'll forgive this dorky author for not being online more often. Know that I read your comments with a huge smile on my face and giddiness in my heart. Thank you <3

(Oh, and should anyone have some ideas for Jae and the boys for a potential sequel, let me know as well! Who knows, maybe some inspiration will strike ;) (I do miss Lay not being active within EXO so it makes it a bit difficult to come up with a plot...also, I'm not sure whether I should continue with OT12 or go with OT9 TnT)

Anyway, I look forward to get more interactive with you in the future and I'll try my best to visit the site at least once a month, cause honestly, I do miss being online here. And do let me know if you'd like a sequel for Jae and the boys or would like to see something else entirely.
