But why… why do people turn their backs on him right after they found out that he had committed suicide? But why… why do people show interest in depression and mental illness only after he had committed suicide?

People who do not know him have definitely missed out a lot about him. He is not only an idol. He is not only a singer. He is not only a dancer. He is not only a performer. He is not only an entertainer. He is not only a composer. He is not only a lyricist. He is not only a producer. Yes, his life revolves around music. But he… he is a true artist. He is an inspiring poet.

Kim JongHyun… that is his name. A member of SHINee. An idol who is not a stranger to the KPop World. A person who has the kindest and purest heart.

He stood up for himself and the people he loves. He spoke up to the community about his thoughts on LGBT, war, politics and many more. He was honest in talk shows. He was not afraid to express himself in variety programs. He reached out to his fans by putting his trust on them. His affection for his group members were unhidden. The respect he had for his mother, older sister and Roo was admirable. He is such an amazing person.

If you had been following his Twitter since the start, you would definitely remember this incident. He searched pictures of himself to save. He asked his fans for high definition pictures. He edited pictures of s and himself. He uploaded random pictures of him and s. He was never afraid to make fun of himself. He had that mentality, “If I can make other people happy, I’ll be happy too.”

And dear Kim JongHyun… I will continue that happiness for you. Even if it hurts a thousand time…. even if it takes a lot of time…. I will still continue that happiness for you.
