Omg. I just made it earliee and it's already locked. Well, I have done wrong too. I set that accounts birthdate wrong and the twitter requires only 13 yrs old above. But since my phone was soft touch it submitted immediately with a wrong year date. It that I still have to wait till forever or I will just create a new one again. Tch. Hays
