Hey guys, I'm back from my trip to K-Con NY. This was my first experience & it was absolutely amazing. My two sisters & my niece attended as well which was also amazing because my niece is six years old & this was her first concert ever. Okay, Let's start from the beginning.

The Departure (June 22): I was freaking out a few days before due to the fact that we couldn't find any rental cars & my older sister was dead set on not taking the Greyhound to Newark, New Jersey. So the night before we were scheduled to leave my older sister's best friend managed to book a car for us which we were extremely thankful for & we were relieved. Friday comes & we're packed up n ready to go but my younger sister begins arguing with my older sister about extra funds for food n stuff which delays us by an hour so I'm hella pissed at this point. My older sister decides to pay for my younger sister's expenses which pissed her off as well but whatcha gonna do.

The Arrival: It takes us seven hours to get to Newark from Buffalo NY & we're tired as hell but we make it in one piece. We check into our hotel (which had terrible reviews by the way) & I'm expecting THE worst experience ever but it turned out to be pretty nice. The breakfast was delicious, The service was decent & no bed bugs were present (Thank God!).

K-Con, Day 1 (June 23): We arrive at the entrance & I am crying at this point. My niece hugs me in order to calm me down but it doesn't work what so ever, Lol. My older sister drops us off & I wait for about ten minutes so I can compose myself before heading inside. We get registered then make our way through the huge crowds of people. There were several food trucks that served Korean delicacies, Steak subs, Ice cream, Italian ice & boba tea. I grabbed a carton of Japchae (Glass noodles w/ roasted veggies & bolgogi) & two strawberry lemonades for me n my niece then we head to the panel area for Jre Kml, WhitneyBae & HeyItsFei's panel. I become hella excited & once I see Jre I immediately fangirl. They all sit down & begin talking about their experiences with being a YouTuber along with the negativity that comes with it. When they're finished they ask us to line up so they can answer our questions. I'm the tenth person in line & I am freaking out by the time it's my turn on the mic. I wore my J-Hope face mask in order to hide my cheeks which are bright red at this point. I ask him what it was like to meet Hyuna & then I slipped up by requesting a hug which he happily accepted. Y'all, When I tell you that he is more attractive in person he really is & he smelled SO good!. He asked me my name & he told me that I was pretty which made my heart drop into my stomach. I believe we hugged a toltal of five times before I ran for my life. He was so sweet & I am in tears yet again which my younger sister captured on her instagram (UGH!. Lol). Afterwards we went to the dance workshop & stretched before the random dance game started. Once we were done everyone formed two lines & the music began. I hesitated to dance at first since I'm a plus size woman but my niece encouraged me to do it so I ran in the middle & danced like my life depended on it, Lol. I got a few whistles & claps from people which made me blush but all in all I had a blast. We hung out at the Super Junior fan meeting afterwards then headed back to the panel area to take pictures with the YouTubers. I took a picture with Jre & Whitney then my niece took a picture with them as well. They were smitten with her which was so frickin cute. Once four o clock arrives we head back to the hotel. Before I leave I run into BRISxLIFE & we take a picture as well which was awesome. He's soooooo tall compared to me (I'm 5'1, He's 6'2) & he was very nice about it, Lol.

K-Con, Day 2 (June 24): We arrive to the convention & head to the panel area once again since we missed the random dance game they had going on. I sit in for TerryTV & StillNotDavid's panel which was great. I expected him to talk about the video he did on BRISxLIFE but he talked about RiceGum instead (I was relieved since I knew that a lot of his fans were at Terry's panel too). Everyone took pictures afterwards & I stayed in the area until Bris's panel came in. A few other YouTubers were there as well from Classical Musicians react to K-Pop & Form Of Therapy. They talked about their experiences & what made them want to do K-Pop reactions before answering our questions. I didn't go up there this time but Bris saw me, recognized me from yesterday & hugged me again (YAY!). Once it's done I head over to the entrance of the prudential center then wait for my sister to arrive with my niece. I check my bag for our tickets & of course....They're not in there. I'm freaking out at this point so I call my sister to let her know the situation (While crying by the way). She tells me to calm down & asks me for my email address in order to print them out again. Luckily the manager of the hotel let them do it otherwise we would've been screwed. She printed out my receipt as well just in case anyone found them & tried to use them but thankfully no one did. We go in & I'm lost until I run into an older African American lady with glasses. I ask her where our seats were & she told me that they were way up high in the nosebleeds section. Then she looks down at my niece & asks for her name. She answers her & she becomes smitten with her too. She tells us to follow her & my niece says 'Thank You' which melts her heart. She guides us to a sectioned off area in the P2 section & I become confused as hell. I ask her if it was okay for us to be there since there were so many security guards around us & she said "Yes, Enjoy the show". My eyeballs fall out when I see how close we are to the stage (Mind y'all, We were supposed to be in the P3 section) & I become excited once again. The show starts with Golden Child & they were awesome followed by Heize (Queen slayed the stage). Up next was fromis9 (Yasssss!) & they made my niece get up n dance. As she was cutting a rug, A cameraman tapped my shoulder & asked me if it was okay for him to film her. I said yes & he filmed her for about two minutes before leaving. Suddenly I caught a whiff of someone's perfume so I turn around seeing EXID standing there watching my niece dance (OH MY GOD!). Jeonghwa kept pointing at her & I saw her say "Gwiyeowo!" a few times. I told her that EXID was behind her & she turned around causing them to wave at her. She waved back & I asked her if she wanted to hug them which of course she said yes to. So I looked over at them seeing Hani with her arms wide open. She ran into her arms & she placed a kiss on top of her head then Jeonghwa scooped her up into her arms. I thanked them with a bow & they waved at me with a smile before heading down to the stage.....It was so surreal y'all. I wish I could've filmed it but it all happened so fast that it was almost like a blur. They perform which was amazing then NCT 127 jumped out of the stage. The arena goes bizerk & I fell out of my chair when I see Taeyong's face. HE'S SO BEAUTIFUL & HE'S VAMPIRE!!!!!!!!!. Any who, They shut the arena down then Wanna One closes the show. They also killed the stage & I'm definitely a fan of them after that night. Once it's over everyone comes out & waves to the fans. Yuta saw my niece & waved at her which made her fan girl so hard, It was too cute!. We head back to the hotel feeling exhausted & we pass out after eating dinner.

The Departure (Today): We wake up at nine, pack up & head home which takes six hours instead of seven this time. We talk about the amazing events that happened & we arrive at home safely. That's all the main points of our trip & my first experience was unforgettable. I apologize for the long blog but I wanted to share these details with you all & now that I'm back home I'll be working on the next chapter of 'Deadly Desire'.
