ah wei is free spirted person who lives happily with his simple life. all he has is one backpack of items, sleeps whevever at night, able to eat at least one meal a day and he feels he already has the whole world in his hands. he is a curious young man who loves exploring and unafriad to step out of his comfort zone. ah wei is very much like a child who is curious of everything so he is very observant but also very easilt distracted and can not focus on just one thing. he has many ideas and skills but can never finish anything he starts.

he tends to be self critial and overthinks everything. if someone says something vague to him it keep him up all night thinking what that person really means. he is quite sensitive although he is cheerful and tries not to show it. whether it was just someothing small someone said or not he thinks there is more to it when there really is not. luckily this poor boy has great social skills and can communicate well with other,s regardless of age differences.  ah wei is a very emotional guy. he connects with people on many level and is sympathetic. he is compassionate, selfless, and righteous. he is the type of guy who would take your place if you're in trouble, he puts other before him because he knows he can handle it.

ah wei hates to have people be uncomfortale around him, so he is not demanding of people. he tends to be the pushover who can never say no to people. he had always been alone, so although he is friendly and all, he is rather detach and find it hard to really get close with people.

POWER/WEAPON :　bo staff & protecting force field

▸ he uses a protecting force field when he or the clan is in danger but it takes a lot of enegry and qi from him. the longer he holds the force field the weaker and longer it takes him to heal. 1 to 20 second is okay for him no damage will be done but if it goes beyond 20 second it's damaging. ah wei also uses a bo staff to fight along with shaolin fungku.

BACKGROUND :　

deep in the forest one spring morning, 3 monks on their way to fetch water down by the river found a crying newborn tuck by the riverbank hardly covered by nothing but a small rag.. the poor baby was still coated in blood and vernix. they quickly took the baby back to the temple and decided to raise the little one giving him the name ah wei ( little one and only ). he was raised off goat milk and super fine rice porrigde.

he knew of his orgin growing up and he was fine because he felt and was surrounded by enough love. however was never shaved bald and study at the temple as a buddist. he run errands, clean, and cook for the temple. he was taught the shaolin kungfu where he learn the bo staff. ah wei often snuck towards town to eat meat and buns which he loves because his deit at the temple was very hardcore clean veggie eating only. if he didn he would often sneak to the river to fish nearly all the time he would be caught and punish by carrying buckets of water up and down their temple's massive 300 step stair to reach their pagodas 10 times. when ah wei came of age (20) the temple told him he was free to leave and explore the outside world. ah wei hesitated at first because he loved the temple and everyone there, they were his family. the head buddist then told him that they had been hiding the truth from ah wei...the day they found him by the river, there was a wooden tag with the name Li Fei Hua. ah wei was overwhelm with emotions and for the first time since he was born he cried over the fact of him being abandon by the river. he stress over why his mother left him and who she was and who his father was as well. curiousty got the best of him and he pack his backpack and left to the city in search for Li Fei Hua.

his journey from city to city met with great companions, hardships of finding places to sleep and food, to meeting bandits and thugs, and even getting scam by woman claiming to be Li Fei Hua, until they find out he doesn't have any wealth and just runs off. because he was knew to the cities he often got into fights with people because he defended the poor. even through all the hardship he was still as optimistic as ever, because he loved the city and meeting and listening to stories by peddlers and travlers.

while searching for his mother in a town he's never been to he bumped into some bad guys, who clearly knew he was new to town. being bullies and thugs they told him he had to pay a fee to enter the town and because he didn't they were going to beat him up. overall the whole trip int finding his mother took 4 months and through out it he met a lot of petty thugs who demanded money. in the second month he became desperate and felt discourage. while eating one day at a tarven and talking with some kids about finding his mother a lady who was easedropping on his conversation decided to lie to him. she pretending to be his mother and started crying and petting him claiming her name was Li Fei Hua since she had seen him showing the id card to the kids. ah wei was already discourage and so he got to excited and beilieved her right away. she took him to a small house at the end of town and set his belongs inside the house while she sat him outside saying she will cook him food. she went through his bag to find nothing, she stole what little money he had left and ran out the back door. ah wei waited and waited and when she never came back out of the house he went to check and all he saw was his open bag with his clothes and flute scatter on the floor. he figure he was tricked and sadly packed his things and went back to town. without money there was many nights where he starve himself to sleep and ask himself if leaving the temple was the wrong thing to do. when he need money he would show his shaolin acrobats for a little money to at least eat a bun for the day. he also just help the farmers farm in exchange for food. other times ah wei also stood up to soldiers who drag elders/shop owners onto the street to beat up and ruin their small businesses for not being able to pay tax or just because the soldliers were being asses, ah wei gotten into fight with them as well. throughout the four months he aimlessly walked all over asking people if they knew a Li Fei Hua.

one day he finally met an old man peddler who knew Li Fei Hua, as his best friend's niece. the old man told ah wei that Li fei Hua had went to the palace as a maid but just a year later she became a concubine to one of the prince living well and that was the last he heard about 22 years ago. ah wei was relief even though anyone would had thought he be upset. he was relief that at least she was eating well and healthy, he would had been more worried if she was living a starving and stressful life.

ah wei felt he had no other purpose now until he heard about the Wu Clan from the old man. the old man told him that his best friend was a part of the wu clan and that he and they would know more about his mother and family. that was how ah wei came to join the wu clan when he found his mother's uncle and they took him in.

ah wei is musically talented and he plays dizi, xun and xiao, however he only carries his small dizi with him. whenever ah wei plays the flute he becomes very emotional so he doesn't play it often and when other listen they also become emotion. it was something he learn to make and play while he was at the temple. it's somewhat comfort him and is the only way he can release his stress and emotions besides crying because he dislikes crying and showing other his emotions

after finding each other li yuan couldn't stop apologizing to ah wei. he knew his niece had a child out of wedlock but had not known what happen because he left to join the wu clan and a year later her heard she married one of the prince and there was sign of a child. he took ah wei in and embrace him with love and kindess. he treats ah wei like his own son, tought at times but with care and love. ah wei still finds it awkward around him at times because he is truly just a stranger but he is relief he found someone who knows him and is by blood related. ah wei admires him because of how strong, intelligent and skillful li yuan is.

ah wei gets along well with xiao yu because she is more child like and sweet. he finds it easier to talk to her. even though xiao yu is not a leader type ah wei looks up to her and tends to follow her lead well.
