PROLOGUE : surprise, surprise. minho and nell went way back in highschool. since the first day nell got into the same school as him, minho just couldnt take his eyes off on nell. she was the definition of angel to him. he chase nell for a month, giving her hints because he wants nell to notice him. once, he entered a drawing competition and drew nell's potrait. that's how desperate he is. and finally nell was fond on him. she was attracted on minho's determination. they dated and was one of the hottest couple in highschool. 

their highschool love didnt went well. after their graduation, nell dumped minho because she wants to focus on her studies. she's going to france to continue her studies and think that long-distance relationship wouldnt work for them. she was afraid that she will be distracted and she would be a burden to minho because he had so much to look forward in his life. minho understands her wishes and let her go. its not like he doesnt love her anymore, but he thinks this is the best for her and thats all he wanted. when nell left for france, there's never a day that minho stopped thinking about nell because nell was his first love. so they both moved on with their life. yep, they never dated anyone after their breakup.

4 years later, when nell came back to korea, her first job was to be a translator to a spanish architect. the architect was sent to korea to collaborate with minho to design a new building in korea. and thats how nell and minho's loves sparks. after work, minho offered nell for dinner. at dinner, they talk about many things and minho never saw nell that excited telling him her experience in france. they start to get closer and closer and but never declares to be lover. but deep down, minho still loves her. and the same goes to nell. 

nell oftens bring minho to the ambassadors parties as her date. and one of this parties made a magic somehow.

on December 29th, 2016, the United States embassy threw a end year party and invited all the embassies that are in korea at that time and they use nell's skills as a translator. 

in the middle of the party, while everyone was enjoying their meals, minho suddenly stood up and went up to the stage. she tried to stop him and very confused and embarrased at the same time. minho grabbed the mic.nell covered her face as everyone started to ask whats with him. minho gathered up his courage and speaks in english.

except then, from the speakers came her name and she snapped her head around, eyes widening at the sight of her boyfriend on stage with the mic.
 
"dear choi nell, lift up your face babe. let everyone see your beautiful face. i actually had a whole thing prepared, but that was sort of awkward the way i get up here, so here it goes."
 
he headed off the stage, slowly walking towards her and the of course, all of the crowd turned to look at him, then at her. this was so embarrassing, why was minho walking towards her? nell froze in her spot as she gripped onto her dress, cheeks flushed red.
 
"so i know you're not very fond of flashy, but too bad. relationships are about compromises and i managed to convince the embassy who organized this party to let me squeeze this in. because i want you to know... i love you, sweetheart. i do, from the bottom of my heart. you are pretty, you are cute, you can be stubborn at times, but you have a big heart. i fell in love with your good and your bad, hell, our relationship get ended once when you dumped me after high school"
 
nell's eyes widened at the mention of that and decided to face him.
 
"oh god, you look mad. i had a script for a reason, but i am too nervous to remember it. i will make it quick, i love you babe, like i said before and there's no one else i would rather spend my life with than you. i know we both agreed we can't predict the future and not all love last forever, but for now, for the foreseeable future, i want to be with you. i want to be the guy you scream at when you had a bad day, the guy you kiss when you are happy, the guy who tastes your food when you are feeling inspired and the guy who takes your photos when you were wearing the perfect outfit. because i want to be the guy in your life, your go to guy. i know we never confessed each feelings but deep down i know bae, you still loves me. and if it is okay with you, i would like to get down on one knee and proposed? please, babe?" 

that gained a laugh from the audience, but not from nell who was red from all of that, as she stared at minho who was kneeling one knee before her. she extended a hand and arched an eyebrow.

"what are you waiting for, minho-ssi?"

EPILOGUE : One of the most important sections. Tell me everything about their married life. INTERACTIONS : the two treat each other really well. although they've been married for a couple years at this point, they act like a new couple still. he brings her flowers often, always her favorite. they go one dates constantly, always holding hands and cuddling. minho cracks jokes, mostly puns and dad jokes, to make her laugh, even though she hates puns. she buys him little gifts, mostly his favourite football team jerseys. they consider each other to be their best friend, not keeping any secrets from each other. in terms of communication, the two share a lots of conversations with each other, be it from text or in person. the two can talk about anything and often, nell is the person minho seeks comfort to when he's feeling down. though they don't fight often, usually when they do, it's about something petty. nell doesn't talk to him when she's angry with him, and minho pretends like she's not even around. usually, minho is the one to cave and apologize before they fall asleep, always saying "we shouldn't go to bed angry". 



NELL'S LIFESTYLE : nell lives like a normal wife do. wake up at 7 in the morning and then clean herself up. then she would go to her husband to see whether he's alive or not. she gently wakes him up (this way doesnt work always and she would spray hot water on his face and he'll be like wtf woman). while her husband dragging himself to the bathroom, she'll open the curtains to let fresh air into the house and cook simple breakfast for both of them. few minutes later her husband would came out looking handsome and she would always fall in love with him all over again. they have their breakfast while talking about each schedules that day. then nell would fix minho's suit making sure he looks perfect and would kiss him goodbye and he's off to work. 

nell often works at home so literally she's home 24/7 and if you need help, just knock on nell's door. every months, she'll attend severals foreign party that needs her skills as a translator. 

on her free time, you'll find her with her niece and nephew, taerin and  hyunwoo. 

nell never fails in cleaning since she's a bit neat freak. her cookings are edibles so far because she follows every recipes that her mother and mother in law gave to her. 

when she's alone with jongin, nell tends to cuddle on his husband's broad chest. it is the warmest place ever, she said. and jongin would her hair gently. wow they sure in the honeymoon phase and doesnt seems like to get out from there. every fortnight, when both of them are free, they'll go on a date like movies, picnic or things that other couples do.

MINHO'S LIFESTYLE : jongin, the definition of a messy person is now living in a neat and organized life thanks to his wife. wake up on time every weekdays eventhough he's sort of being a about his wife sprays real hot water on him instead of cold water. other things, he's proud to have his wife beside him. 

nell's kiss before he went to work is like his strength for the rest of the day. then he'll drive his car about 20 minutes to reach his work. in a month, he'll sit in his office like a week or two, other than that, he'll be at the construction site.

he'll come home at 6:00 p.m. everyday to his wife. usually at this time, nell is cooking their dinner and she never fails to amaze him with weird but delicious dishes. he will refresh himself and came out to eat dinner. after dinner, the two will cuddle on the couch while telling each other how was their day that day. and goes to bed around 11:00 p.m. sometimes, he'll come back late due to works or parties, he'll find nell already sleeping and he just go to bed without cleaning himself.

on his free time, he likes to be around nell like a clingy kid. but when nell had important appointments, jongin tends to go to the book-cafe and search for jokes books where he found it really amusing. he practice that jokes because nell somehow likes it.
