So I've been thinking of activating the chats in my ongoing stories! but that's if only I know people are going to talk because it costs a lot of karma points and I'm obviously not balling XD

If I were you I wouldn't, honestly. Only because the times I've seen it been added to a story, not many people actually use it. And when it has been used, it's mostly just following along the lines of whats already been said in the comments. So for me I kind of think it's a waste of karama, but that's just my opinion.
