North Koreans were unable to watch Red Velvet's performance.

On April 5, SBS 'News 8' discussed how the recent North Korea concert was broadcasted in the North.

Back on April 1 and April 3, top K-Pop artists including Red Velvet, Cho Yong Pil, Lee Sun Hee, YB, Jung In, ALi, Baek Ji Young, Choi Jin Hee, and Seohyun performed at the East Pyongyang Grand Theater and Pyongyang Arena.

According to SBS 'News 8', North Korean broadcast station Joseon Joongang aired all of the performances except the one by Red Velvet.

It's reported that Red Velvet's encounter with Kim Jong Un, the part where they met and exchanged handshakes, was broadcasted, but the girl group's performance of "Red Flavor" and "Bad Boy" was entirely cut out.

SBS 'News 8' also reported that the North Korean broadcast did not reveal the song titles performed by the K-Pop artists and only aired highlights of the performances.

Meanwhile, in South Korea, the full North Korea concert was broadcasted via SBS on April 5.
