So I am searching for this one fanfiction and I am desperate because I don't remember the name nor the author...

In the story Baekhyun stands one day infront of Chanyeols door and I think starts cooking or something. They are exlovers and made a promise in which both meet after a year again and act as a couple again and when it doesn't work they forget about each other. Chanyeol had some flashbacks about their relaitionship and they got together again (I think).

I really wanna read it again but I just can't find it...
