— eunri is so friendly to everyone. even when she meets some new friends, she will be the one who talked a lot. she can get excited over the new things and at the smallest thing. she also loves to laugh a lot and have the happy vibe that makes everyone feels happy when she is around. she can crack a lot of jokes that sometimes come out randomly from her own lips. and when she is smiling, her smile will be brighter than the sun tbh because her mom taught her to smile brightly to everyone and it's had been her habit. new people always say that she is weird but somehow the weirdness can make them comfortable with her presence.

— eunri will never burden anyone because she doesn't like to be burdensome. maybe because she is the oldest of her siblings, she likes to do things by herself. she will ask for some help if she really really can't do it by herself. she's been living away from her family since she was 13 so that she knew how to organized herself by herself well without any problems.

— eunri is the person who doesn't know the meaning of giving up. if she wants something, she will do anything to get it.. if she can't get it, you can see the changing mood of her. she practices really hard that you can see the improvement of her on every comeback. she will be serious when she is doing something. but sometimes she will play around too. she will learn something and will practice it often until she really really knows how to do it well.

— eunri knows how to appreciate people well. she doesn't like the people who don't know how to appreciate someone who always be there for them in any kind of situation. she is a trusted person and somehow can easily trust people. and if she sticks with one person, she will stick to that person until the end. usually, eunri will think of the other people's feeling first and doesn't actually care about what she feels. she is too kind that sometimes people take advantage of her kindness.

— eunri is the type of people who always want to win. even she is wrong. she thinks that all thing she does is right but not really. she just doesn't want to accept something that against herself. as an example, if someone told her that she was wrong, she will deny it and said that the person was wrong, not here - even the actual thing is she is the wrong one there.

— eunri can cry easily. her heart was really weak and fragile. if someone ever come and hurts her feelings no matter in any situation, she will try not to break down in front of them and quickly excuse herself to somewhere hidden to cry. she can also feel guilty easily. if she felt that she did something bad to someone even it just a small matter, she will always blame herself to the max. she will say that she is useless and so on.

Background
Maya Kim Eunri was born in a hospital at Gyeonggi-do on 16th of March 1998 by an American mom. Her father is a fully Korean man and worked as a lecturer in a local college. When Eunri was three years old, her father got promoted to be a professor in an international university at her mom's hometown which was San Francisco. Her father accepted the promotion and they moved to San Francisco on that year. Eunri grew up in America and already learned ballet when she was four years old because her mom found out that Eunri loves to bend her body a lot. So, she thought that Eunri will love doing ballet and her mom was right. Eunri made ballet as one of her favorite things and when she was seven, she finally tried to do more than just ballet and went to a dancing class. She also went to a piano class when she found out that piano was quite interesting. Her parents never block her from doing what she loves as long she will never neglect her study.
But, when Eunri was twelve ( 2010), she decided to go to a famous art school which located in Korea. She did enjoy studying in California but then, she wanted to try a new thing. At first, both of her parents didn't give her permission to go to Korea by herself because she's only thirteen. Eunri was really upset that she can't pursue her dream by studying in Korea. Start from that day, she got distracted in many ways. By her school's grade, by her dance skill and sometimes she would skip school and locked herself in her bedroom all day long. It made her parents and also sister worried about her condition. Her father knew that Eunri was the type that if she wants that thing, she really need to get the thing in any way. So, her parents had a small discussion. One night in the middle of 2010, her mother approached her and told her that her parents gave their permission for her to study in Korea. Furthermore, her parents already called Eunri's aunt and asked if Eunri could live with her when she was in Korea and her aunt said yes and she would like to take care of Eunri when she was in Korea. Eunri was glad that her parents were really understandable and supportive. So, Eunri flew to her birthplace in June 2010 because she will start studying in her new school on July 2010.
Then, she grew up in Korea together with her cousin, Kim Minjae. Minjae were her closest cousin and could be her best friend. Minjae taught Eunri a lot about life and hardship since he also had the same interest as Eunri and was a trainee under CJ E&M company. Minjae said that being a trainee is not a small thing, it's all about hardship. Eunri understood her cousin pretty well and actually attracted to try on an audition but she scared that she won't pass any. Being an idol was not her dream anyway. But then, everything changed. She actually auditioned and passed on her second try. And from that time, she would do anything just to be an idol and make her family proud of her.
