I personally have some experience with this so I decided to help those who want to start a kpop group but don't know where to start.

Step One: Learn Korean

Step Two: Get all the members of the group together, think of a group name, and concept

Step Three: DEcide who is the leader, lead rapper, lead vocalist, lead dancer, and everywhere in between

Step Four: Compose a song

Step Five: Write lyrics that compliment the  song

Step Six: Come up with a dance routine to go along with it

Step Seven: PRACTICE

Step Eight:Costumes, Hair, Make-up

Step Nine: Film music video

Step Ten: Edit the music video

Step Eleven : Review Music Video

Step Twelve: Release song
