personality: Hailey is foolishly honest and believes that everyone has good in them despite how things may seem. Hailey puts aside her own feelings and well-being for the sake of others even if they're strangers because she believes that even strangers are like family and friends that you just haven't gotten to know well. Hailey can be a little ignorant and a bit of an airhead, but she really tries to see the bright side of things and disregard any darkness within her life or her surroundings unless confronted about it. Of course that doesn't really lead to any discord, but it lets Hailey learn about life and to continue grow. background: hailey was born and raised in canada with her parents and younger brother of two years. hailey lived her life as normally as possible and never really ever thought about doing anything in the entertainment world. she actually wanted to be a veterinarian when she graduated and was looking forward to caring for animals in her future. anyways, it was when she and her family went on their annual trip to china like every summer and holiday that was scouted by an entertainment agency in beijing. at first she thought it was just fake and not entirely up for it, but her brother took the card on behalf of her and told her she should just go for it since it would be fun and what not. hailey said she'll think about it since she still had senior year left to finished. but a few days later she got convinced by her little brother to just go for it and she found herself at yuehua entertainment.
At first hailey assumed she would just be modeling or become an actress, she never really thought she would be training to become an idol in south korea and that she would be a part of a k-pop girl group either. hailey learned from one of the staff of yuehua that they would have a partnership with a south korean entertainment by the name of starship and that a few of yuehua would debut in a group with some trainees from starship. hailey never thought she would be one of those fews doing so and now she understood why she was being taught korean with some of the other trainees. anyways, hailey was a confirmed member of wjsn on the 17th of January in 2016. she would be part of the joy unit with fellow members, eunseo and yeoreum. hailey thinks she has an okay voice and doesn't mind that she doesn't sing often, but she's pretty proud of her dancing skills as that was what she had practiced on the most since she loved music and would be able to express anything through dancing.

trivia: she knows how to play the piano, is friendly and polite with everyone but still a bit shy in conversing as she needs to get used to the other person, is really close with the other groups of both of her entertainments, has an addiction to boba tea, takes random selcas to send to her brother and groupmates

what do you think about this program? It seems like a lot of fun since the show is meant to think of romantic things, I like to think of it to create friendships with others as well.
ideal type? I don't really have an ideal type as I never really thought about it. But maybe someone that is kind and caring?
what did you hope coming to this show? Besides the dating aspect, but to make idol friends connection and to get wjsn's name out there for others to notice us!

it's awkward but i love it
history:: prior to ever meeting one another, hailey actually followed the pentagon maker show and enjoyed the group's performances and episodes despite her own self being an idol and doing the same thing in a sense, but without the whole survival show bit. hailey instantly became a fan and was actually rooting for all ten of them to debut together as a group and was happy to know that they did. hailey also admired hui's leadership skills as well as his talent as she could tell he was a great entertainer and had great potential for a lot of more things within the music industry itself. her bias is in-between hongseok and yeo one due to their vocal abilities and tone of voice, but hui comes in close with the same reasoning and she never thought that she would ever appeared in a show with him or anyone of pentagon ever. also because they debuted in the same year, but her group a several months before his.

personality: Hui is a cute, charismatic, and goofy kind of guy. He's just just a lot of fun to be around with, but also where you kind of want to beat him up at times, too. Hui is thoughtful and considerate and shows a lot of his caring side towards those he's close with. Hui is very respectful to others he doesn't know well either. Hui is pleasant and kind although at time he can be a bit sensitive and a baby when things don't always go his way or when the other members gang up on him. Stuff like that, although he really appreciates the love that s give him. Overall, Hui takes everything in and learns from there while living his life at its fullest.

hailey will greet hui in a friendly matter, but other than that she'll be awkward as she tries to make small talk and polite conversations. on the other hand, hui will be different as he'll make her as comfortable as possible already detecting the awkwardness with an easy smile. he won't push hailey and let her come around on her own, but he'll give her a few nudges here and there to get things going. um, despite her group debuting before his, she's still younger than him and will call him oppa if he wants her to since that's the customary respect in the korean culture. although she's quite skilled in the korean language, some words and phrases will stump her every now and then. but hailey won't mind doing her best in speaking english if it calls for it and helps him out like he helps out her.
