Monster...

Whenever I look infront of the mirror, it's not me who I am seeing anymore... It's the monster who is living inside me. But the monster looks different, instead of grim face with sharp teeth, that monster is wearing the prettiest smile you would ever see... That's when I realized that the monster who is living in me and the one I am seeing in the mirror is actually... Me.

Despite the smile that is on her face you can clearly see the pain in her eyes and great pain that no one even noticed. And that monster is currently living her life as if nothing is happening inside her. She jokes, laugh, smile but everything changes behind the doors.... She's dying inside.

A change in life style might help too. You can try have a hobby to distract your mind . Healthy hobbies like boxing actually help you to channel your inner feeling since you can kick and punch to release your sadness and stressed. Swimming and yoga is also good to calm the mind. While meditation is good to cultivate the mind so that it stays positive. You can also seek comfort from God by praying . In life everyone will have their own battle . No matter what it is , just as long as you don't give up then there's hope . You need to learn to accept and love yourself . Treat yourself even better . Compliment yourself even for small things that you managed to accomplish on daily basis. Set a goal so that you have something to motivate and look forward too. If it helps , you can also paste words of wisdom in places where you can see and read just to remind yourself that you're amazing . You can try talk about your problems to your parents , friends who you can trust , so that they will understand you better and provide you with the support that you need.
