— Sunny is a very demure young woman. She can be quiet. She loves to go out with her friends and have fun. She can be shy , she can be outgoing. She is like a mother to the members because she cooks for them and she does anything to help them. Jiyoung is a very loving young woman. She can be very controlled and rational. She loves to make everyone smile and laugh. She is never angry a lot. She can be very optimistic. 

However , Sunny can be very critical. She can be really critically honest with people. She can be very bossy to her members. She does not want anyone to be y to her. If you do become y to her , then she will be even more y right back at you. She is a not a person you want to mess with. If you mess with her , she will give you harsh punishments. Ranging from taking away electronics , giving them a beating etc. She does not like it when she gets an injury. She also wants attention.

— Sunny was born in Daegu, South Korea, brought into life by two enthusiastics of butchers who fell in love at their job. she grew up with her older brother and with hopes from her parents of becoming a great gymnastics weekdays and weekends were spent practicing to join the national team, until she started middle school. Thanks to her "wrong influence" friends, serine became greatly inspired to become an idol. She snuck out of class and spent time afterschool for vocal lessons and dance lessons instead which lead to her parents finding out her mischief. her parents were greatly disappointed with it and banned her from going out but due to her parents' dismay it turned her into an immature little rebel, fighting for her "freedom". Her parents had to let her go to Seoul to "chase" her dream after endless days of sulking, arguements and silent treatments.

Sunny faced a whole different lifestyle after walking out of her parent's roof. she was faced with financial problem at the age of 16. Not only was she faced with financial problems she had to live with her parents and adapt to the city lifestyle. She worked part time jobs while taking vocal lessons and dance lessons. at her vocal lessons and dance lessons, Sunny met  her best friend Jeon Somi. after a year in Seoul, she went around to audition with Jeon Somi and much to his luck all of them got in on their first audition at JYP Entertainment.

She had an ordinary training life in JYP Entertainment, passing all the monthly evaluations decently yet after 3 years, Sunny was not satisfied and became eager to debut. due to her greed, Sunny left the agency and went to Exuare Entertainment were she was about to debut with an.beat. After a few months Sunny was still training at Exuare Entertainment, she automatically became one of the most talented trainee due to his experience in Exuare Entertainment This made her needy attitude very satisfied and made her think that she has a strong chance in debuting, and true enough after 3 years of training she became one of the line-ups for Exuare Entertainment' new girl group.

— For 5 years Sunny had a much harder time living than that of her time in Seoul. She had thought that girls in Seoul were mean and her experience with joining JYP Entertainment fixed that for her really, really fast. However, when she saw others being teased or bullied she always did her best to stand in the bully’s way. Those actions caused others to start bullying her as well. Her optimism of a better future was the only thing that kept her going because she didn’t know who she could talk to until she was able to get someone to open up to her. That person was none other than Nation's First Love Suzy who debuted in miss A in 2010 but disbanded 2017. They connected and she grew close enough to call her younger sister. She then left the company to auditioned for Exuare Entertainment who was about to debut a new girl group, there wasn't any reason why she left JYP Entertainment.

— Once Sunny went to her first school she first met D.O. when they were in school. She was seating right behind him in the classroom, she was completely in daydream thinking about him. Curious, he sat infront of her and smiled at her and said what you daydreaming about. She snapped out of her daydream and stared at D.O. for a few minutes. Both got to talking about the challenges and joys of training and their project groups, anticipating their debut dates. They soon lost track of time and had to part. They saw each other several times between schedules at the same entertainment, falling easily into a long conversation each time. One day, just before EXO' comeback, he saw on the news that a new girl group was debut under Exuare Entertainment, seeing that there were some 'new developments' in the matter. One of the fans noticed and asked his opinion on the matter. Since the group was talented, D.O. knew that these developments must be something good and exciting, perhaps an earlier debut. He smiled and agreed whole-heartedly, saying that he hoped to see everything come about soon. They starting dating after an.beat' big debut and EXO' comeback.
