Positive: When Seolhee has her mind set on her goal, she works hard to make sure that the goal is achieved, whether it would be academic or music-wise. Her friendly nature resonates as she always has people around her especially in school. She's always the first one to volunteer to show the new kid around and takes an extreme dislike towards talking bad about people behind each other's backs. Her open-minded attitude is shown through her actions and her words - she's vocal about accepting people and she isn't very picky with her music genre / comeback concepts as well. Her passion is trait that runs through the blood of her family, it seems. She is passionate in what she does, especially in music, which stems her diligence.

Neutral: A very affectionate girl, Seolhee likes to cuddle and hug people. It could be from the fact that she lacked a physical parental presence, but she loves to cling onto her members. People who don't know her, however, often refer to her actions as being clingy or even flirting, especially when she wraps her arms around the male members, or her close male friends. Seolhee was always an emotional child, tearing up even from a birthday card. Contrary to her charismatic appearance on stage as a rapper, Seolhee tends to shed tears while watching movies etc. 

Negative: Growing up as the baby girl of the family influenced her stubborn and somewhat entitled attitude. She has a strong stance on what she thinks is right and won't apologize for something that she believes that she wasn't in the wrong for, especially since she hates half-assed apologies. Her room is also a terrible mess, as her persistant and determined attitude apply to everything but cleaning after herself. Her managers, members and brothers refer to her room as "chaos," but she often retorts back by saying that it's "organized chaos," and that she "knows where everything is." She's also very clumsy, which explains the multiple bruises on her leg and paper cuts on her fingers. She's always bumping into objects which leads to the people around her making sure that she doesn't walk into a pole. Maybe it comes from her young nature, but Seolhee tends to struggle with patience. Whether it would be with food, or with being late (she hates to be late to occasions as she doesn't like the awkward pause that occurs whenever someone walks in late), she has a hard time being patient, a trait that she is often reminded to fix.

Seolhee was born into a fairly loving household on October 4, 2000 to parents Woo Seokjun and Lee Geumbi, and her brothers doted on her the moment she was born. Born into a devote Roman Catholic family, her baptismal name became Francesca as she was born on the date of St. Frances.

Her father, however, being a business man wasn't present in her life and she spent most of her time with her brothers fillling in for his space, which can explain their close relationship. Her mother however, was very doting - at least she was when she was present. After spending most of her time at home with her children, she decided to travel with her husband once she deemed that Seolhee was old enough to be under the care of her brothers (when Seolhee was 10). Her brothers both debuted as idols and are currently rappers / tv personels. 

Seolhee attended an international school - Tokyo International School where she met her best friend, Karin Suzuki another international student born in Dallas, Texas. Seolhee was teased during her school days as the "kid with no dad," as her father never had the time to attend daddy-daughter dances or any of her school performances. Karin, the "fiestier" one, stood up for Seolhee when the school bully decided to pick on her, by dumping her chocolate milk carton on the bully's head and a squeaky "Stop it!" The two clicked immediately after and never left each other's sides.

Seolhee had to move to Korea in order to live closer to her brothers, who were currently starting their own careers in the entertinament business as well. A representative from her company spotted her as she was getting off the airplane from Tokyo and scouted her in hopes that she would become a trainee. She accepted right away, but didn't tell her family until 4 months into her trainee period.

– special talents :: reciting both the Korean and the English alphabet backwards, impersonations of her brothers, rapping freestyle to any object
– trivia :: she has a slight lisp, she's trilingual (Korean, Japanese and English), her favorite color is lilac because she thinks purple is overrated, she loves italian food especially rosé pasta (because according to her, too many people like cream or tomato sauce), she can only wink with her left eye, she can't do a split to save her life, she has a pet turtle named bunny, she has frequent nightmare episodes which often result in her waking up in tears

– Father :: Woo Seokjun (53) / business man / cold, strict / 3/10 :: Seolhee grew up with her older brothers being more of a fatherly figure than her own father himself. That being said, her father is also inadequte at expressing his feelings and comes off as a cold and aloof person, always resorting to scolding rather than complimenting. Seolhee likes to believe that her father harbors some sort of affection and love for her deep inside his heart though.

– Mother :: Lee Geumbi (52) / housewife (but mostly follows her husband on business trips) / affectionate, kind-hearted / 7/10 :: Seolhee and her mother have rather a close relationship, although her mother missed out on her latter years in Japan. When she traveled the world for business matters with her husband, she never forgot to give a goodnight call to her baby girl, always asking if she ate and how her day went. Seolhee always says that her mom would be the best mom in the world if only she wasn't away too much.

  

– Oldest Brother :: Woo Jiseok (₩uNo / Taewoon) (27) / rapper / protective  / 8/10 :: A protective fatherly figure to Seolhee, especially since their father hasn't been around much due to his busy schedule as a business man. Jiseok would be the one to attend father daughter dances, school performances, and graduations in the place of their father. 

  

– Older Brother :: Woo Jiho (Zico) (25) / rapper, idol, tv personel / protective, caring / 8/10 :: Jiho fell in love with Seolhee the moment she was born and vowed to care for her. He stood by his word, and was Seolhee's ultimate bodyguard wherever she went starting from her preschool years, to the day before he left for Korea to pursue his career. More playful in comparison to Jiseok, Jiho likes to invite Seolhee over to his studio to help him scheme pranks to play on his Block B members or his crew - Club Eskimo.

   

– Best Friend :: Karin Suzuki (16) / student / outgoing, caring / 10/10 :: Karin is Seolhee's best friend, a "sister from another mother," as they would like to call themselves. One of the few friends that Seolhee actually keeps in touch with from Japan, it is no surprise that Karin knows all of Seolhee's secrets and is Seolhee's cheerleader / counselor / self-proclaimed #1 fan.

Seolhee had a fairly rough trainee life in comparison to a lot of other trainees. Maybe it was because she saw her brothers go through it, but by the time she was a trainee, she understood all the rules and the overall atmosphere of an entertainment company. Seolhee was very insecure about her rap skills, as she was constantly compared to her brothers, the trainers always telling her that she wasn't good enough or that she wouldn't debut to be as good as her brothers are. However, she gained her confidence back through a practice video that she posted receiving 2.1 million views and receiving positive feedback from not only Korea, but other countries as well.

– Necalli's Francesca, flirting? :: A few months after their debut / false / Sulhee is naturally a friendly person, who loves to cling onto and cuddle with people regardless of their gender. This caused an uproar in the press as they thought she was flirting.

– Necalli's Francesca, a bully? :: After she is announced as a member / false / a jealous wanna be trainee from her current high school, Hanlim Multi Arts High School, accused Sulhee of being a bully. This rumor was proved false by many other accounts from other students and from the company itself.

how do you feel about debuting?
"It's surreal and to know that I finally get to stand and perform on my own stage is really amazing. I'm especially glad that I get to debut with these unnies and oppas too!"

do you have any goals you want to achieve with Necalli? 
"I have a lot but I want to start out small - well not really small - but I want to receive a rookie award by the end of this year. Hopefully it can be achieved."

do you have any role model? How do they inspire you? 
"My role model is BoA sunbaenim, I think it's really admirable that she stayed in the entertainment industry for so long, yet she still holds on to the title of Asia's Star. I want to be an everlasting star like her."

do you have any ideal type as well? 
"An ideal type?" she blushes slightly and looks down for a second, trying to ignore the soft snickers from her members. "Someone who is reliable and someone that's really passionate about their work. I think that looks cool."

how do you feel about being in a co-ed group and living together? 

"I personally have nothing against living with both guys and girls, since I've lived with two guys all of my life. chuckles I think it would be fun though, and interesting to say the least. My brothers aren't too happy with the idea of a co-ed dorm though...oops?'

and lastly, is there any idol you want to get to know backstage? 

"Wow. There are a ton, but the one on the top of my head right now is Bigbang sunbaenims. If I ever get a chance to meet them through anything I would like to get to know them."
