I know I'm writing this 3 days later but I'll have you know I watched the AMAs for the first time only because BTS is there. (since I know popular artists will win awards anyway but it's BTS' first TV debut). I scheduled my day to watch it at 11 p.m. in the UK and I watched BTS on the Red Carpet and I did expect them to wear classy clothes but they still blew me away :O. And I was so excited when I saw them having fun and reacting well to the AMAs performances.

And now the most significant part: DNA performance.

I watched it on Mnet stream and I did hear reporters discussing things in Korean so pretty much I didn't understand much. And then I heard one of them say EXO and they apologized for it. I was fine with it since they just made a mistake, you know. But then they mentioned EXO a few more times and I was like, what was their aim here? Why would they talk about something so irrelevant? And I also saw on Twitter that the female reporter saying BTS performing in the last part of the AMAs is intentional, that it was to keep audiences and viewers watching the show. Like, instead of commenting on the artists you here sprouting nasty nonsense ;((

But anyway... can I just say I didn't have any doubts about BTS's performance cuz I knew they were going to slay?! I mean, the camera work was sh*tty as hell but they didn't lipsync and they still maintained their cool performing. And during the show, I wondered why the fanchants were delayed and not loud as I expected them to be. But I found out because they were so booming, they needed to be muted for the TV, phone, computer, etc. viewers to hear the shoe clearly.

And later I watched camera snippets and HOLY GUACAMOLE WERE FANCHANTS LOUD AS HELL AND ON POINT. BTS MUST BE PROUD!!! 

I also saw on twitter so posts about how some racist uneducated idiots were bashing them while they were covering their ears and an ARMY shouted even louder in response. My sibling, you did justice TT

And can we talk about Ansel Elgort who recorded the performance like he was their mother and he uploaded it to Instagram? Such a nice gesture!!!

Watching the AMAs for 5 hours until 4 a.m. was worth it!

On a side note, I need to wish happy birthday to Dongwoo, Woozi and Kihyun!!! They are such marvelous in their own way and their smiles make my day! May the three of them remain healthy, happy and loved <3 <3 <3
