So I have been a writer here on AFF for a while now ...I feel so ashamed to say I do NOT know how to use some features.

Lately, I have been trying to use the layouts that I bought for my work, but sigh! I am Frustrated It does not seem to work even after I have clicked the activate layout button. my question is

1. how are layouts used? before or after writing a chapter and then i insert the layout tags 

2. why is it not showing on my work even after i had clicked it?

I really need your help!!!
