I don't know what it is but more than one of my friends on this site has been blocking or getting blocked by each other and it's bumming me out. I understand that friends sometimes grow apart but these fights are kinda heated. 

Now it's not really my business even if I'm friends with them on this site, but I just feel kinda drained lately when I go to this site and it shouldn't be like that.

When I first joined this site, I was a young highschooler super positive and filled with excitement. Time has gone by though, some of my favorite authors on this site have left, some have stayed, and some have taken off their stories. I've become an adult now and I'm tired and have much less freetime than I used to. Nonetheless, I supported them all because it's their stories and they can do what they want with them.

I tried more than once to upload my own stories but my nerves got the best of me and I gave up. 

I didn't let any of this get to me though and I persisted on.

But,

The thing that hurts me is seeing an increase of negative comments in this site and friends turning on friends. I feel exasperated. I sometimes wish that I could go back to when I first discovered this site when everyone seemed to get along. But most importantly, I want my friends to get along again.

I didn't think initially that this would affect my reading stories on this site but it has. I just can't get into any of my favorite stories because I feel so disheartened...

I just wish everyone could get along...
