HEY EVERYONE!!!!!!!!

Goodness it’s been like more than 2 months since my Music Bank event and only now have I started writing about it hahahah but it can’t been helped I was so busy??? This blogpost is going to be heavily spammed with media so bear with me aye! It took me ages to cut and crop these gifs im really queen of procrastination.

A background: The tickets were much harder to achieve than Exo'r'dium lol.

Well cut to the chase, when I arrived at the venue the place was literally swarmed with ARMYS. Yes, you guessed it! Other acts included Red Velvet, SHINee, MAMAMOO, CNBlue and Park Bo Gum as the emcee but almost 96% of the fans there came for BTS (including me). I'm kinda happy because I really did wanted to see BTS in person since they're next to EXO in terms of my favourite, but also I kinda feel bad for the other group stans though, there weren’t much fansupport there :c Oh yeah, BTS has quite a young demographic so I kinda felt out of place there.. I’m not that old though, I’m only 21 and yet I seem to be the eldest there since mostly were still students in uniform who rushed down from school hahhaa.

So anyway, let’s get started! I’m basically penning this down to share with you guys my experience and also make this as a memory of a special day I want to always remember when I look back in future heheh.

The concert venue was just nice in my opinion. Unlike individual groups’ concerts like GOT7 and EXO the one I’ve been to, this was spacious and less strict. Although it was quite a distance from the stage, the security didn’t actually forbid us to record. I could actually videotape them with my phone freely, much to my surprise. How awesome right?! I guess it’s because there were a lot of artistes there. I even memorized the setlist of 20 songs since I’m not an avid listener of some groups.

When the screen came to light and showed that Singapore was the first Asia venue for this MuBank tour, no words could describe how proud I was! Then the artistes came lining up and omg, they sparkled. LITERALLY.

BTS’ outfits reminded me of their Fire era! Handsome!

I was super emotional because all 5 groups were actually singing some of our traditional songs in Malay language!! Props for effort.

First up was MAMAMOO!

NEXT WAS RED VELVET’S TURN!!! I came with a guy friend and his ultimate fave was Red Velvet so I’m pretty sure he was jamming to their latest hit Red Flavour live (lol we got separated in the concert LMAO)

Next was a special segment where 3 idols sang covers of some of the most popular OSTs from Descendants of the Sun and Moonlight drawn by the clouds (hahaha it’s unique and funny cos Park Bogum the leading actor was present lolol)

I’m sorry but I only got their latest song “Between Us” (which I really liked!) right and predicted the other 3 wrongly so I didn’t know how to jam to their song but still it was kinda cool XD

Can’t believe I’m actually seeing my childhood crush live?? Anyone remembers him with Park Shin Hye from You’re Beautiful?

Just love how witty Yonghwa was he literally annoyed all his band mates with hollering into the mic and Jungshin was the first victim hahaha

Yonghwa’s energy is unrivalled someone give this guy a medal

I’ve only started to really like Jonghyun after watching him acting as a vampire in the drama Orange Marmalade URGHH what a pity I should’ve done that before attending MuBank, urgh I always have post-concert rregrets

Yall I could feel the HEAT from where I was standing… can you imagine how hot the fire must have felt to the idols just before it?? I can’t imagine it.

After the 3 groups had performed, Music Bank actually showed a video recording of their artistes who performed on that day’s stage to give a commemorative birthday wish for MuBank’s 10^th birthday and being an exol trash I was already excited cos I know EXO was promoting Ko Ko Bop on the same day loool lowkey fangirl in the inside already hehhee

I’m actually most touched and impressed by BTS’ setlist because each group was supposed to perform four songs but BTS performed a short snippet of ALMOST EVERY SONG IN THEIR DISCOGRAPHY. This means that they performed their older classic songs Danger, Boy In Luv, Dope, Run apart from Spring Day, Not Today, Blood Sweat Tears and Fire. See?? It was a whopping 9 songs!! Like it's such an honour considering this isn’t their solo concert anyway. It didn’t matter to me if they weren’t full length but at least I got to hear each of them :”) It was really colourful and content for me. And it was even a remix version which wasn’t their usual studio version. Thank you BTS!

At the end of everything, all groups were throwing balls with their own autographs to the audience. Of course me being with a not-so-lucky luck could only stand to watch.
