ACNES ATTACCC

I am so fahking done with waking up to mornings with a big pimple on my cheeks or on my horehead! This year, my skin have become much more worse than last year. I have acnes all over my face and it's CRIMSON REDD!!!!! For four months, I took care of it with prescribed ointments and pills but the dark  marks still remains, making me look gross. And also, I get frequent breakouts and my skin is totally sunburnt because of the long assembly  at school.

I have lots of pores too :'(

I had tones of break outs during my schooling years and it all stopped when I was sixteen. Because by then, I have properly taken care of my skin. I started to practice using the japanese five step skin care. So I have a complete set ranging from facial cleanser to moisturizer. If you didn't already tried this five steps skin care routine, I think you should give it a try. If you have consistently follow it, I suggest to set up an appointment with dermatologist weekly (my friend did that so...)

my tips which helped me A LOT:
- Dickinson witch hazel
- lily of the desert Aloe Vera
- try to not consume any milk products. i realized that dairy really breaks me out
- drink LOTS of water (cliche but really helps)
- drink at least a cup of oolong tea, green tea or rooibos tea a day
- exfoliate at least once a week (my fave: neogen bio-peel gauze wine)
- i use every other week a mud mask (my fave: innisfree super volcanic pore clay mask)

hope it helps you as much as it helped me!

Try not to touch it . My dermatologist told me not to take sweet food like chocolate and etc cause it might triggered it. Most breakout are due to hormones. I guess there's nothing much that you can do except to follow the medication that was prescribed to you and eat healthy food. Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated and moist. Also our environment also is another factor since we are exposed to alot of pollutions , dust and etc.. Maybe you can try wear mask during assembly if its allowed

If you use African black soap, it might probably help. If you use special ointments such as benzoyl peroxide that's has a large percentage it could harm you face, but if you want something strong and could probably help with your face use acne.org. Also for scaring, either use coco butter or bio oil. Bio oil is pretty good for it though.
