So I never found that one website and I am sad about that since I did love how that one was set up, but while looking around for it I did stumble upon Yooco, which is a website creator...okay technically its a social network site builder but same difference.
 

I want to try it out, but I have no clue what to do with it at this moment. I have an idea on what to name it so once I mess with it and I like how it works I'll post either screen shots or the link to the finished thing.
