the first encounter of these two was anything but ideal, a fact that the whole crew very much knew for they are on complete opposite ends of the spectrum. in many ways, taeri winds up his underwear in a twist with her mischevious agendas and one too many close calls on the job. however, youngsun has to hand it to her, the girl is a total pikachu on a mission. that's a compliment. taeri doesn't mean to push his buttons, youngsun knows it's in her nature to be nosy. but it's moments like when she gives him an impromptu back massage and he has to flinch away because she's hacking him a little bit too hard or snorts in response to hearing how grown up he sounds compared to his babyface. 90% of the time, youngsun feels like he is babysitting her. but a leader gotta do what he gotta do.

INTERACTION: random winks and finger guns across the room (one-sided lol), nodding eagerly like a bobblehead as he addresss orders and runs plans, questioning his authority (not maliciously, she is genuinely too curious), puppy eyes vs blank eyes

with how hard taeri punched him the first she met him, she has to have been the one who had left the strongest impression on him. the first encounter had been a banter and the encounters following have never been anything less or more for the two of them seem to rag on each other as much as they get along. the sight of the two interacting or even standing next to each other is a funny sight as he's this cowering lump of muscle next to her small, mousy frame. taeri has no idea why people fear him so much, he's just a big friendly giant who can easily shield her in case a zombie invasion breaks out. compared to youngsun, donggeun is a little easier to get through to drag into whatever little tricks and traps she has up her sleeve. she thrives on teasing him and feels a little bad but then again, he laughs at her stupid jokes and if whatever taeri imagines would be a friend, donggeun would come pretty damn close to that.

now if there is anything that makes a teen rebel get wet over, it's the sweet escape waiting for you around the corner. and that is cheol, in all of his glory running purely on adrenaline and flaming hot wheels. he fills in the role of the best partner in crime and the two of them make the perfect picture. as crazy as it sounds, taeri actually didn't like him at first for exactly the same reasons that everyone else thought would be why they'd be great friends. for one thing, the synergy between them crackles and pops, leading to childish bickering on the daily. but despite everything, they're pretty much the same person with the same obnoxious tendencies and endless chatter. aside from the crew missions, trust these two to do some diabolical plotting on the side and youngsun having to break them apart for obvious reasons. fire with fire naturally becomes dangerous and ultimately a hazard, but both of them feel that much more connected deep down what with being brought up in a rough upbringing, labeled the lost ones, and knowing exactly how important it is to protect the one good person in their life.

the very first thought that ran through taeri's head when she met hyeonki was damn. quite frankly, just because she thinks boys are trash doesn't mean she's blind. anyway, he's cute, we get it. more importantly, the two of them seem to get along the easiest much to the surprise of others. but what they do not understand is how much they can relate to one another being born from struggle and turmoil. as fellow outcasts, the feeling of abandonment remains bitter on their tongues, their insides tingle to color the town with red, and black hearts scream for acceptance and warmth. sharing such a deep connection, a few words go a long way. not to be corny but to taeri, hyeonki is kindred spirit of sorts, a worthy companion. they see past each other, through all the facades, revealing a glimpse of their raw selves. however, their friendship is as special as it is confusing for his flirty nuances are unhealthy for her oh-so fragile schoolgirl heart.

if we must state the obvious, being the only two girls in a male-dominant crew has made their bond knit-tight. while boys will be boys, these two femme fetales have established their own code, judging the boys and being able to rely on each other for issues that they obviously can't discuss with the others. in many ways, taeri not only looks up to younghee but also thinks of her as everything she would ever imagine a mother to be. it's granted that she goes a little starry-eyed and honestly, not to be dramatic but she would die for her. all it takes for taeri to settle down is younghee's soothing voice and a pat on the back. in classic taeri fashion, she can't help but shamelessly ask her to buy her this or that but nothing too extreme. ok so she was the one who asked for the exo tickets but hey, it was worth the try. taeri may be a cute little sister to younghee but more often than not, she tends to scold her but only out of all the goodness in her heart.

taeri doesn't know where the hell this elementary school -looking kid came from but she knew from the get-go his rich kid was asking for a whoopin. nothing riles her up more than privileged kids especially when they are the very reason she is labeled an outcast. she's used to the ostracizing but being in such close proximity with the perpretrator, the two heads every chance they get. being her shameless self, taeri is unapologetically around him and she knows it annoys the boy. as for chungji, taeri is a grade a idiot who happened to tag along because she was bored not because she has anything to contribute. he obviously looks down on her and judges everything she says or does. knowing damn well how easily they drive each other nuts, a strict line is clearly drawn between them when on the job and they attempt to be civil but not without throwing in a few jabs here and there.

taeri sniffed out the rich kid in him the moment she met him and was very cautious about him in the beginning. although it is too early to tell, she thinks she likes the boy or his humor at least. she was pleasantly surprised to see he had a decent personality considering his background. as neither of them seem to bother each other, the two make steady conversation being naturally talkative people. however, there is a layer of uncertainty that creeps upon them, one where neither of them knows whether to trust each other or not. after all, for all they know their friendly demeanors could be a mask to their real thoughts. perhaps they are still searching each others' eyes and observing how the other reacts. overall, they have a older brother-younger sister bond that can deepen the more time they spend together.

jaeseop is a total prince and taeri was absolutely fixated upon first meeting him. her curious side was dying to pick apart the boy and get a glimpse into his beautiful mind. he's awfully tame, a little too tame for taeri's taste. no matter how much she digs, there is not much to pick up on. the boy remains an enigma and it somehow makes her uncomfortable but also that much more attracted to him. even when she rants and rambles to him, he listens patiently and although she wants him to respond back, she finds comfort in the fact that he is listening to her with even a speck of interest. sometimes, it makes her nervous knowing that he is constantly reading her and seeing through her lies, perhaps even judging her. but then again, the two know a thing or two about keeping secrets.
