Happier Thoughts

This blog post represents my opinions, and my opinions alone

First off, let me say: I sure have been quite depressing and down in my previous post. Where's the joy and sunshine in my life? Because my life seems happier these days compared to the heaviness in my previous blog posts.

Anyways, second off: I'm back. In a way. In what way? Fanfictioning. I've begun to ship as well as plot and write fanfictions again. It feels great. It is still as nervewrecking and tough as the last time. However, I feel ready. Simply because I feel that the community that comes with shipping and fanfictions is great. Most of us are fun and social, magnetized to one focal point of interest. I enjoy watching many of us who enjoy a similar topic gather and interact, which is why I decided to begin fanfiction again. Not because I wanted an outflow of my creative ideas – no way, José!

Third off: it's a mix of both. Really, I mean it. And I do mean it – seriously.

Fourth off: how would you recommend spreading your story to potential subscribers? I'd feel weird marketing my new story in the feed of my old ones. It'd add new subscribers to my old stories, which is a plus and something I want – can't lie about that. Still, it feels cheap and that I would be abusing the old stories and their subscribers, y'a know what I'm sayin'? That I'd be using them as a marketing channel over appreciating them for what they are – old stories of mine.

Fifth off: I'm starting to ramble and will end the post here. But, seriously, I'd appreciate a comment and a piece of advice or two! Thank you for reading!

I'd write a new chapter to old stories and at the end of the new chapter where writers usually leave their messages, I'd tell about my new story. It's like saying yes I am still updating but as you wait for the new chap you can read this neeewww better fic;)))
Then you can write a blog about it and use a clickbait name. The name of your blog is something like BEST FIC EVER (ok maybe not this) or "a groups name" FANFIC, people do read each other's blogs... Then um. Just write, you'll sure get a lot of new subs, don't worry about that! But usually tumblr helps too by using many popular #hashtags so people will see your fic. That's all I know XD
