So recently my phone collapse.

System UI crash, experia home crash, cant open instagram either facebook and restarting it self until the battery dies

So i think if i factory reset this phone, i can fix it(?) But unfortunately i was wrong and the stupidest part is there is so many chaptwr of my ficts is on the note.
