FULL NAME — Choi Yujin 최유진

NICKNAMES —

• 'the girl who could have, who should have'- okay this wasn't exactly a nickname but rather a phrase used right before introudcing her. The media introduces her as the girl who almost made it into Twice, nothing else simply 'that girl'.

Jinnie- She thought it was cute and was sweet,this was almost her stage name. Her friends call her this. Fun fact is that Yujin was called Lena on sixteen and has kept the stagename so that when she's successful, all JYP will hear is what he could have had.

mochi- one of her favourite, sweet treats. After becoming friends with Yenny and finding out her nickname, mochi soon catches on and this becomes a codename only her members can use.

• korean- it's her native language and she has always lived in Korea hence her being fluent.

*Japanese- she can speak intermediate Japanese due to her being taught it in school from the age of 6 till the end of her high school education.

• She has yet to get a tattoo but really wants to get a small tattoo of the letters E.T.E which stand for 'exceed the expectations' as a way to always motivate her no matter what. Also her hair midway between black and brown and is slightly wavy.

HEIGHT & WEIGHT — 170cm and 47kg (not really unhealthy as these are my measurements, it's genetic for her, luckily)

STYLE —

• Her style is very current and she sticks to minimal patterns with a chic twist. She loves blouses with jeans, skirts with blouses, basically anything with a blouse. She takes style insperation from Yoona as well as Min Hyorin.

PERSONALITY TRAITS — the 'spokesperson'

ELABORATION —

• Yujin has been under the spotlight generally (family, media etc) her whole life and has always been the spokesperson and almost face of everything she's part of. She can be outspoken which can irritate some but theres always truth within her speeches. Yujin is comedic and generally really sweet, despite being one of the younger girls she also shows great maturity and understanding due to her past. She also is reliable with secrets and is great at giving advice to others when they need it most. However, she is quite insecure as she feels as though there is always immense pressure on her to shine, especially after what happened during Sixteen. Also Yujin tends to be a bit clingy when she gets something purely out of fear of losing it. Finally, she is rather emotional behind closed doors but prefers for only her closest friends to see it, she doesn't want to appear weak.

HISTORY —

• When she was younger she was studious and popular due to her seemingly likeable personality as well as good looks, eventually leading to her being scouted while at the mall. She signed with JYP at age 11 and trained till JYP put her into the talent competition sixteen. While at JYP she had always been told she would indefinately debut due to her star quality and talent, so she worked her off in this competition. Only for JYP to decide she just wasn't quite ready, creating a majour blow to her confidence. For a few months while training the new Twice, her and Somi were promoted in the media to be TV personalities but soon Yujin got sick of it as JYP told her she'd have at least another 4-5 years minimum for debut. With frustration she left and her friendships sadly broke with all of Twice. They understood that it was horrific for her to see their success but wished it didn't end in this way.

Yujin was particularly close with Dahyun but they are not in contact anymore. JYP kept asking her to stay making promises for her debut in the future but the company completely stopped contact when it was found she was in discussion with a variety of other entertainment labels. She recieved offers from SM ent and also from BIGHIT much to her surprise. What really sold the deal was when she went to Bighit and met the CEO, he said so many wonderful things and truly aknowledged her hard work. Yujin came to the conclusion of signing with Bighit in the early march of 2016 and has been there ever since.

RELATIONSHIPS —

Choi Minju- Sister, 24- Yujin's support system and one of her closest friends. She was with her through every single up and down, no matter how horrific the downs were.When with Minju her 100% true self comes out and her laugh is always genuine, her sister means the absolute world to her.

BTS- Her labelmates. Coming into Bighit she knew of BTS and liked their music but didn't know too much about them other than Taehyung whom she had appeared in a cameo of his drama. She will become fairly close to Rap Monster after debut as she finds a love for composing as well as Jungkook due to regular meetings at the dance studio.

Joy, Rose & SinB
She became close friends with Red Velvet's Joy after meeting her on Music Bank when JYP was promoting her and Somi. After debut Joy invites her out to meet together at a resteraunt alongside Blackpink's Rose and Gfriend's SinB. The 4 all become extremely close friends and become popular with fan's as the Korean version of Taylor Swifts so called 'squad'. As well as her members, Yujin call always rely on these girls.

DAHYUN PIC WONT EITHER:(
Dahyun- They used to be close but tension was brought when Yujin lost in Sixteen and subsquently meant that the two could never meet and this sort of ended their friendship. On the groups 1st win it would be cool if Twice had just had their comeback on the day Yujin's groups promotions would end on shows. It would be cool if Dahyun ended up hugging Yujin and this would trigger rekindling their friendship. From this point on they'd become friends again and she would end up meeting Twice however they would not be as close as they once were due to general things.

TRIVIA —

• Has a good metabolism so doesn't need to diet but is extreme with her fitness and goes to the gym...A LOT!

Had a crush on Youngjae from GOT7 and while she was a trainee they went on a date but never got to go on a 2nd date. It's a bit awkward with him now she's not in JYP.

Get's dehydrated really quickly so she always carries a bottle of water wherever she goes.

Had a cameo in a drama that taehyung was in.

Is a highkey majour fan of Zico and despite her mediocure impressions, tries to rap like him.

STAGE NAME — Lena- JYP chose it for her and said it helped reflect her energetic and unique personality, Yujin kept it so that JYP will constantly be reminded of her when she achieves success. However, she doesn't hate JYP at all she just wants him to see what he's lost.

PLOTLINE + BACKUP — YELLOW. Backup is Indigo, I'd have to modify the entire Sixteen thing though so I'd rather create a new one instead if I don't get chosen.

Bighit- Early 2016 to current date 2017.

TRAINEE LIFE — A good life and a seemingly positive future within the company until she lost chance on debut and wouldn't be able to debut for a further 5-ish years. Was loved by many and had good friendships, was also favoured by teachers too, they were shocked she didn't debut. All in all her experiance was great and as they say, everything happens for a reason.

LOVE INTEREST — bts taehyung

PERSONALITY —

• charismatic, charming, caring & like a guy in a drama basically.

LOVE STORY —
The two met originally on the set of a drama (make on up lol) and briefly talked as he helped her with her lines. BTS were fairly new at the time so she didn't know too much about them but immedately she felt an attraction to Taehyung, maybe because she thought EXO's Baekhyun was also handsome. At the end of the two days of shooting they both exchanged numbers as friends, when she was 15 and he was 18.

They never met up but whenever anything worthy of support or congratulations such as BTS' first win occured, she would text him. They would both text one another messages of encouragement to keep on going. Their last text of this sort was when he was comforting her about not making it in her debut group. BTS had no idea she would be joining bighit so when he saw her he was in shock and was confused, s were too as they didn't know the two were close. Despite only have talked a few times they seemed extremely happy much to others surprise.

A few times a month they'd meet and share a drink from the cafe with the rest of BTS and some of the upcoming girl groups members too. He started to like Yujin but couldn't pursue her due to her age so he stayed away. Fastfoward to after their debut, Bighit announces that Taehyung and Yujin are to produce and sing some songs for one of the new dramas coming out that is expected to be VERY popular (like descendants of the sun). So from this point on they spend a lot of time together both in and outside the studio...

From here on you could decide what happens but i think they'd be cute together personally... Anyways! To get all couples within Bighit to bond you could do a reality show where they complete tasks and stuff, just a thought.

• When the group is succesful if they go on variety and JYP is a guest, before/after filming seeing JYP congratulate her and be sort of 'fatherly' and proud. This makes Yujin really happy and congratulate him for all of his recent succeses too.

first off, i'm very happy to see doyeon as a faceclaim. she's my boo,,
your personality and background are good too! i find her relationship with dahyun so touching :(

her trainee life is all fine! if chosen, tho, i may ask you to change her vocal twin to someone else because yuju's a bit too strong than what i had in mind. but it's fine at the moment so no worries!!

also if you're chosen, i may have to adjust your love story with taehyung a little bit to make sure it's in line with their ages and the past years. and another thing i got confused of, why are jhope's pics at the bottom instead of taehyung? is he a back-up or is it just for aesthetics orrrr?
