ADOBE ISSUE

Recently I cancelled my account on Adobe for my Creative Photography Plan. I get an email from them saying it can't process unless I update my card info but I don't see any edit option next to manage plan since it's already cancelled. I get another email saying the samething and I can't do nothing about it. I receive a email today and mentions that "If I don't update, it will cancel my plan" but my plan is cancelled cancelled but still no editing option. It won't do anything right????
