My thoughts on Golden Child.

Someone pointed out that the teaser looked like Kit-kat's logo and as a kit-kat fan I couldn't agree more xD But that's a topic for another blog.

So Woollim finally revealed the group name for their new boy group, and it's Golden Child. (What happened to naming them Vector? Who knows.)

I personally like Golden Child. I feel like like Lovelyz, fans will first dislike the name then come to accept and love it. Sure, child could have been children or boys (as many wanted) but I see it as they're all ONE team, ONE child. I get the feeling that on variety shows the MCs are going to ask why they're child and not children xD

On another note Woollim didn't release Project #4 last or this month (so far). Therefore there were no signs or words regarding Sungyoon and Jibum. After Boseung and Minjoon broke my heart by leaving, I hope Sungyoon and Jibum are still in Woollim. As I can't find out any info. on whether they have left or not. The addition of younger members like Joochan and Bomin do have me worried whether the other two are still in the company though..

Other than that, I can't wait for Golden Child's debut!

Yeah I'll come to accept it, bUT DID DAEYEOL WAIT SO LONG TO BE PART OF A GROUP CALLED GOLDEN CHILD AHAHAHAHAHAHAH XD also with lovelyz, they should've gone with radiance and golden child with vector AHAHAHAHA it would all sound math related (infinite as in like infinite limits, radiance like a similar sounding word to radius, and vector like the lines and points on graphs!) <- that would be hella cool~ but of course, it's the quality of their actual music that matters the most! I'm gonna be laughing when I tell people "I STAN golden child"

I didn't that their new boy-group would be debuting this early! Golden child...mmm I don't know how to feel about this name, haha. I mean it is meaningful but would it be convenient for them when they start doing "darker" concepts, it's a bit cutesy and innocent don't you think? Like lovelyz it'll be hard for them to break out, out of the current cutesy, fresh concepts they have and do stronger ones....I don't know. Hopefully they'll have a decent debut song. And isn't Daeyeol, Sungyeol's bro in it?

I was really surprised that Woollim chose Golden Child because they originally had Vector. But then again, Lovelyz' previous name was Radiance. It seems like Golden Child may debut soon after Lovelyz' promotions. It is possible that Sungyoon and Jibum will be revealed when they debut. I mean, we didn't really hear much about Jisoo, Sujeong, Kei or Yein until after they debut (besides the live stage with Infinite not including Yein). I really can't wait for Golden Child to debut!!! I'm so excited. Also, I think the main reason why there wasn't a Woollim Project was because of Bomin's cameo in Lovelyz' Now, We. Just a random thought, Bomin's cameo was in Now, We which released early May. Mijoo's cameo in Last Romeo was also in May. Coincidence? Probably :P

i find golden child really cute tho. i mean, they'll remain babies in their fans' eyes so hahahaha
