appearance » Elizabeth has naturally wavy dirty blonde hair. Typically she worn up and out of her face not many people have actually seen it down. Her eyes are a mix of blue and green and always have a mischievous glint to them. Despite not looking too built, Liz has decent leg strength and has a decent amount muscle to her. She stands on the taller side of the height spectrum and isn't too out of place when standing with the boys.

style » Liz doesn't have too much preference for what she wears but typically is seen in darker colored clothing with the occasional white top here and there. Her clothing is also more on the tighter side as she like to keep everything snug as secure when going on heists. When out and about she really doesn't layer too much on as she thinks having too many layers on make it harder to move about.

personality » Being active is what Liz has always been. Always needing something to do, its surprising she doesn't have a record already. If she is forced to stand around or just do nothing you'll hear nonstop complaining from her. There better be a damn good reason if you need her to sit still and she'll always follow up with a "you owe me." Liz is one to take on nearly any job that comes her way is always more than happy to help train or teach any of the other thieves in the guild. Despite, how active she is, when it comes time to doing a job she knows how to settle down and do the job in the least amount of moves needed. Her nickname "Hasty" came from this trait as most of her crimes happen relatively quickly. Need something stolen at the last second? Liz is your girl. 

Part of what makes her such a great night walker is how observant she is. Always taking in her surroundings and targets Liz always checks, checks, and checks again to make sure that when she intends to hit a target, she'll do it easily and without any trouble. When on the job she'll always take a second or two to study the details around what she is trying to steal to make sure that she won't leave too big of a trace behind. She's also fairly observant in people. Truly believing everyone (even kings and queens) can improve, she's quick point it out and offer a suggestion if she thinks something can be improved, often resulting in her being told off a number of times. Despite this she'll always off handedly offer advice and it's really up to the person if they want to take it or not, she doesn't care either way.

Liz isn't one to boast about heists or about her skills but will gladly take a compliment. She won't take from anyone regardless of status. If she sees something wrong or off, she'll call it immediately. Loyalty is a big thing for her and if she sees something or someone being suspicious she'll follow up on it. Once you break her trust you better prepare yourself, regardless of how hard you try, she won't befriend you again unless you damn near take a knife for her. That being said, Liz is almost blindly loyal to those she really cares for. She more often than not will have to have a third party (her good friends or random thieves) ask her if she really understands why she's taking a job for someone and if it is really in her (few) morals. 

Liz has a couple of downfalls, like how emotional she can get. She's a really friendly girl and wil strike up a conversation with just about anybody. If you have a good sob story, Liz will almost immediately back down and not make you a target. Something about her just can't get over feelings of sadness and sorrow. If kids are involved you best believe she won't do anything that will hurt them or make their lives any worse. She's one to feed off of other peoples' feelings and if something feels wrong, it can throw her off of her game for the day and she won't be able to complete any jobs. 

Being blunt has also landed her in hot water too. Not so much blunt but rather she has no qualms speaking her mind. Like mentioned above, she doesn't give a damn about calling people out on lack of skill or stupidity and sometimes she just isn't too sure when stop talking and move along. A lot of the time she hears herself calling someone out, but only once it's too late. Though most of the guild has figured out to either just ignore her or actually listen to her, some of the newer ones find her pretty annoying and don't like to be around her when they are trying something new or working on a skill as she's more than likely to call them out.

Liz is a creature of habit to an extent. She's know her style of stealing and steals well! That being said, there are somedays where, randomly, she'll suddenly stutter in her moves or be hesitant to hit a place. She's like a normal person and if something feels off about the day, you can see it in the way she moves. This, unfortunately, doesn't stop her from stealing though. She'll go through with a job, even if she is hesitant, but the chances of her to leave something not quite right or to simply be caught are much higher. She can tell you when a day feels off, but the reason behind it varies day to day.

trivias » Likes: Liz, for some reason or another, has a thing for clocks. She thinks it has to do with her nickname "Hasty" but regardless, she like the look of clocks and tends to go for them. Hair pins are also another weak point for her. Since it's technically how she got her start as a theif. Any and all food is something that will always make Liz's day better and she is always looking forward for meal time. Anything that keeps her occupied or moving is also something she loves. Whether it be a random ball that she can kick around or helping someone train, anything that keeps her moving is something that she likes. Also, Liz is left-handed.

Dislikes: As much as she loves food, give her a vegetable and you'll turn her off immediately. She knows she needs a "healthy" diet but so long as Donghae and Yongguk aren''t around you best believe she's pushing those veggies to the side of her plate. On the other hand of being active, Liz hates not doing anything, including sleep. As much as she knows she needs to sleep, those few moments between lying down and sleeping are always uncomfortable for her and are always a struggle. Liz, weirdly enough, also doesn't like bugs but loves snakes. It's a weird thing for her honestly, bugs are just creepy but on the other hand she loves the way snakes look and move around. Finally, she doesn't like when people are late. If you set up a time to meet her and you are even five minutes late, she'll be ticked off. You set a time and are expected to follow through with the time. She'll let you go two or three times, but if it's a regular thing for you to be late, you're better off just randomly finding her versus setting up a time.

Mannerisms: Since she's always needed something to do, you'll more often than not see her shaking her leg up and down or if she's standing, you'll see her mess with whatevers near her. When she has no other coice but to sit around and wait for something or someone, you'll catch her tapping her fingers on the ground on any surface that is close to her as a wait to try and pass the time. Like mentioned above, her hair is almost always up, but if you happen to see her with her hair down, she'll consistently be pushing it from one side to another or just messing with it. If she's chosen to wear her hair down that day, she'll keep it down until she has a job to do then, finally, she'll pull it up and even sometimes do a happy dance at finally being able to pull it up. She knows people like her with her hair down, so she tries and pull through for as long as she can. Also, prior to doing a job or when she needs to concentrate, she has a weird habbit of squinting and looking off in the direction of either the job or a random direction to help her concentrate. It looks weird to people as she literally scrunchies her face up, but eh, it helps her think so they don't really bother her. Also, despite being left-handed when she writes, she's pretty right dominated, which throws people off. This means that she fights better, kicks better, and even snaps better with her right side, but can only write with her left hand.

Habbits: Liz has a habbit of not sleeping regularly. She has not set sleep schedule and there are times where when you really need her, it's the time she finally decided to fall asleep. you can wake her up and she won't mind too much if it's for a good reason but expect to hear nonstop complaining. Liz also has a habit of stealing hair pins. No one really knows why she still goes after them since she never wears them herself but she has been seen multiple times heading towards an orphanage in town with a few of them in hand. She also has a habit of pushing her food around or simply stop eating all together if someone mentions something about the way she eats. Despite being 28 and remarakably confident, something about comments made about how she eats always makes her feel off and not hungry for the rest of the day.

Trivias: Liz has a scar on her right shin that she got from running away from a particularly ill-timed heist. She doesn't do much to cover it and really doesn't care who sees it. She's also left handed, something that other thieves find interesting as everything else she does is right-dominated, meaning she kicks better with her right side, fights better right-handed, and the like. She just only knows how to write with her left hand.

What made me who I am.

background » Elizabeth had everything going for her to not be a thief but somehow ended up becoming one anyway. Born to working class parents, Liz could have easily grown up to becoming an average citizen but her short attention span and need to constantly be doing something threw those dreams out the window. As a young girl, Liz didn't get into too much trouble until she began wondering why she couldn't have the "nice things the mean people have." When her parents couldn't give her a good enough reason, she decided to take matters into her own hands and try to simply take it.

Her first attempt at stealing occurred when she was just 8 years old. Drawn to a particularly pretty hair pin on display on a table outside of a shop, she set her sights on it an zeroed in. Liz went to the shop nearly every day for a week to figure out just when the shop owner would leave (shocker: the owner didn't really leave the table at all) and finally decided to try and grab it once another customer came up. When the opportunity arose, she easily and (as normally as any 8 year old could) walked up behind the customer and attempted to try and take the hair pin. Not surprisingly, she basically got caught as when she reached around to take the hairpin she knocked over something else on display, that is until another person, an older man (teenage looking) came up and simultaneously distracted the owner and grabbed the hair pin. As the man apologized for his troublesome "sister" he grabbed Liz and walked away. Once far enough, the man handed her the hairpin and simply told her to "Next time, be quick and be quiet." before walking away. Liz took the words to heart and later it became her motto/most common piece of advice.

Over the course of the following years, Liz began to dabble more and more in thieving and stealing eventually finding her way to the theif guild. By this time, Liz was around 15 and had to decide between the guild and her parents. As much as she loves her parents, she ultimately chose to join the guild. Strangely enough, Liz told her parents about her intentions and they willingly let her go. They weren't happy with their class either but knew it was too late for them. Also, her dad figured anyday now she would end up doing something with her activeness and as long as she didn't get caught or killed, he was fine. They don't support her way of living per say, but don't hate it either. When friends and other family ask about her, her parents have simply begun to say that she is no longer thier's, rather she has a new family now. Liz will every now and then (like twice a year, on each of their birthdays) stop by and visit for a little bit. She's never brought someone with her to meet them but the guild knows that she always takes off August 5th and April 17th.

Liz truely worked to get to where she is today. Making lots of mistakes and teaming up with people is something she admits to and doesn't shy away from. If there's a new skill she can learn from someone, she has no issue at all asking for some advice or help. With no natural born skill, she's one of the more open people in the guild. She doesn't underestimate anyones abilities and nearly everyone knows who she is as she's more than likely asked them for help once before. As a whole, the guild really raised her, with no one in particular taking her under thier wing, however she has never found out who the man was that helped her out way back in the day and still somewhat actively looks for him.

Being 28, Liz has been in the game long enough to earn the title of Queen if she really wanted to. That being said, she did try to work her way up to being a Queen at one point when she was 26. Her one turn off was the calling card. That's not really her style and she found that the more she tried to leave a calling card the less she wanted to steal. Leaving a calling card, to her, felt like she was really doing something wrong. Don't get her wrong, she knows stealing isn't good, but leaving her signature just felt off to her. She perfers to being someone that leaves no trace and thus, went back to her status as a night walker and hasn't bothered leaving/working towards a new status.

family » Both of Liz's parents are alive and well. Her mother, Angela Hastings is a seamstress in town and works in a small shop, often found working, she doesn't keep up to date with Liz but reserves one shirt or dress for her every year to give to her when she comes for a visit. Her father, Johnathan Hastings works as a blacksmith and is typically seen working on weapons of some kind, particularly daggers. He has noticed some of his handiwork go missing and worries if they could possibly be used to harm his daughter but doesn't think much of Liz from day to day.

friends/rivals » Friend: Bang Yong Guk; Robin Hood; Yong Guk and Liz have known eachother for four years now. Guk has a pure (as pure as a thief can get) heart and really only takes from the rich to give to the needy. Liz and him met due to Liz asking him to help her out with a day time thief just so she could see if she could do it. He agreed to help her out and the duo succeeded. Guk will drop hints and targets to Liz if he thinks a job fits her well and is the friend to question Liz if he thinks the job she is doing isn't really her. In other words, he's the friend, despite being younger than her, to keep her in check and doesn't give a who the job is for, he'll make sure she's doing a good job for her morals.

Rival: Stella Belladonna; Queen; Liz wouldn't outright say they are rivals, rather Liz just has some reservations. With Stella being a Queen at such a young age, Liz has a hard time really believing her. Being raised in the guild or not, she finds it strange for a 21 year old to be a Queen. Liz has voiced this before and, of course, got shut down by Stella which didn't bother her at all. She acknowledges her skills but thinks the title of Queen and a thief prodigy are a bit much. She knows Bella is nice but simply has her reservations about her. Liz wouldn't mind working with her eventually but isn't actively looking to seek out a partnership.

personality » Donghae is a true King. However, he doesn't go by that title, at least not anymore. Once a king, Donghae was and is the best of the best. However, much like Liz, he felt strange leaving a calling card (of a blue piece of fabric) at the scene of his crimes and chose to downgrade to a night walker. Hae is known to remain calm in nearly every situation and think clearly. The only time anyone has really ever seen him not calm is when someone on his watch gets hurt, then he will become agressively agitated within the situation.

Along with being calm, he is extreamly collected. He always know when, where, and how he is going to do a job and plans everything nearly down to a T. He often takes younger, newer thieves under his wing and helps them figure out the basics of their craft and is often regarded as a mentior of sorts. On rare occasions one can find Donghae talking to an older thief quietly in a back corner or seculded part of the guild and if he does this he really thinks something is up with them or they need to be given a warning over a recent job.

Donghae, like any other king, is a mischievious guy. Often stealing things from other thiefs for the fun of it, it's not hard to find him laughing at someone. He likes keeping things fun and lighthearted when he can and being mischievious helps him accomplish this. He also finds it interesting that Liz, a fellow night walker that interests him greatly, and Stella, a Queen that he took under his wing long ago, don't like each other too much and is often seen trying to get them together just so he can have a good laugh.

Being a previous King, Donghae is ridiculously skilled. Any job you have, he can do within a day and then some. He's drabbled around in nearly every thief guild there is and is fairly proficent in it. When it comes to his age, he really as no issues with some younger ones calling him an old man. He quickly shuts them up with his skills and doesn't let talk bring him down.

All around a pretty level headed guy, he doesn't get riled up easily. But if a newbie that is under his wing gets hurts, or certain friends he has get in trouble, he'll suddenly become restless and agitated. It's easy to see him get this way and only a handful of people will try to approach him but during this time he would much rather be left alone. When he is like this, his is more likely to do something stupid when he is like this but still tries to think calmly.

first meeting » Liz and Donghae met about 8 years ago around the guild. Donghae was an active King while Liz was a night walker. As Liz came back from a job, Donghae decided to try and steal what she had just stolen (a new hair pin) but to his surprise, she easily avoided the attempted steal. She smirked and laughed as she walked away and Donghae made it a personal goal to try and steal from her when he gets a chance.

interactions » Liz and Hae are good friends as they are both night walkers and could easily be a king and queen if they wanted. Daily, Donghae will give Liz hints about possible jobs and will ask what she's just stolen if he sees her walking back from a job. They have sort of childish interactions, with Donghae consistenly trying to steal something off of Liz but always "failing." He honestly does it more to get a laugh out of Liz more than anything. Typically you can find them conversing about anything under the sun and if you need one, asking the other is the quickest way to find the other. Donghae and Liz share subtle touches through out the day, such as pats on the shoulder or Donghae putting his hand on the small of her back for a few seconds.

comments/suggestions » Hey! So I actually applied t this story way back in 2012 and I saw you revamped it! I actually quit aff back in 2014 and am trying to get back into the game haha! I hope you don't mind but I looked off of Stella Belladonna's app and kind of wove some of her into my app. I actually had chosen to have Donghae as my love interest before even looking at her application and though it was crazy that she mentioned him too. I'm terribly sorry if this application is a mess, like I said I haven't done this in nearly three years lol. If you see anything wrong or want me to fix, don't hold back! I love getting feedback especially with applications. I will say, I am currently in University as a Psych major so my time on the site is fairly on and off but I promise if I am going to be gone for more than a day or two I'll let you know! I hope you like Hasty and good luck with this story!

scene requests » I think it'd be fun to have a scene of Liz, Stella, and Donghae all doing a job together and Liz being kind of awkward with Stella, Stella being normal but also nervous that Donghae is with them, and Donghae just laughing at the situation. Bonus if the three of them somehow get stuck together or something and Hae is having the time of his life while the girls are pissed at him for not helping and end up becoming fairly good friends after the job. Idk really lol, I give you full control of my character honestly.
