Studying Abroad in France for a year...!!!

I've been blessed with an incredible opportunity, an opportunity that I would be a fool for passing up.

I can perhaps study at ICN Business School in France for my Junior year of college. The school is in Nancy, about 4 hours away by train for Paris.

With this program, I can study for a semester or a year. If I study for a year (2 semesters) I can earn a bachelor's in Business Administration from the school. The classes will be taught in English and the classes will count towards my degree at my home college too.

The tuition and room and board will be paid for by my scholarship. My abroad fees might be paid for as well but I'm unsure yet. From the looks of it, I will be paying for plane tickets, food, and spending money.  In my head I calculated that I will need about $4,000 extra to get there with and live comfortably.
My mom said she will help and I will work during the summer to earn money.

I'm excited, but I'm also nervous. I don't know French. I've never been out of the country by myself. I've never flown on a plane for longer than 4 hours. I've never studied abroad obviously and it can all be happening next year...

Now I still have time to think it over, 7 months actually. The application is due in November. And I'm a Freshman so I still have one more year to successfully complete. But a year from now I could potentially be preparing to spend a year abroad. How cool!!

I will use my summer vacation to work and save money. I will also keep researching the school and local area. I will find out as much info as I can.

P.S. I can also study in Paris, but I won't earn a bachelor's. It will just get added to credits for my degree at my home school.

What do you guys think? Anyone live in France or been there? Anyone studied abroad before? Anyone interested?

I've never been outside my country so IDK how I'll help tho. Anyways, if you're Asian and you'll live in France, I wish you luck since rice isn't exactly a staple food there. I have friends who stayed in France for a week and they said they REALLY missed rice. All they ate was bread and bread, pastas and wine haha
