"i'm just a lyricist!"

another handsome manager to the collection of 'the manager idol group', im jaesuk applied to mcm entertainment just after his graduation in order to become an apiring lyricist. seven years into his job and already ceo min's assistant, wow son you're 25 years old, he finds himself stuck managing six girls since their debut and wonders why he hasn't committed seppuku yet. he treats the girls as if they were children, even though the eldest is literally a few years younger than he is. jaesuk is often well dressed and has a sharp look to him, though after a few minutes with nimbus, he finds himself more ragged looking. he originally was very strict with the girls but grew more casual with them as the years pass through and the sarcastic remarks and taunts accumulate each year. during their debut stage, nimbus used to "hate" jaesuk because he called them stupid when they were first formed. he lives in the dorm across the hall from nimbus, sharing it with the second manager hwayoung. the two have a budding romance together, though it is shipped between the members because it's fairly obvious that they like each other. he writes many of the lyrics from the girls' albums and usually makes them write it too.

at the ripe age of 23, kang hwayoung shares the same age as the eldest member of nimbus. she's generally shy and sometimes gives the wrong advice at times but is the more looser of the two managers. she's pretty much fed up with the girls antics like jaesuk, so it's appointed that she and jaesuk are the grandparents. when hwayoung walked alongside the members during their holiday, fans admittedly thought she was a new member. hwayoung takes care of most of their timetable, because to be frank, jaesuk isn't very good at it, and books all the schedules for the girls in thought of the ceo. hwayoung is often lightening up the situation whenever jaesuk feels grumpy, 24/7 actually. hwayoung often acts as the foreign manager too, so one half stays in korea and the other would travel somewhere with hwayoung. a good example of this is when vivian auditioned for smtm and hwayoung accompanied her while the rest were watched by jaesuk. it also happens when the other manager is busy with their own schedules too.
