Oops Joong Ki dropped a hint (again)

Can things get any more intriguing with what these two have been mentioning during the commentary filming for Descendants of the Sun, which was just released recently!

Three weeks ago, the DVD Set has been made available, and gladly SSC shippers are very much generous in sharing the BTS clips, as well as translating and/or interpreting what the cast and the crew were saying. Instagram and Twitter's a main source for fresh clips, and it's fun to see the many different interactions of the cast with the production team, the takes that did not make it in the cut, the countless, countless kissing scenes they filmed, the unforseen events ( like joongki's accident. gosh they really caught it on film and his arm was just....ugh) and of course, the bloopers that could never be avoided in every drama shoot. If you find time, you might want to go check them out, because it's really fun seeing how they worked on the set (their true colors are being shown)

What I would want to highlight here folks (since i'm a die-hard SSC shipper) is what they mentioned while they were re-running some scenes. Those who participated was PD Lee Eun Bok, Writers Kim Eun Suk and Kim Won Suk, and artists Song Joong Ki, Song Hye Kyo, Kim Ji Won and Jin Goo. Although there were some parts where the directors, the writers and the GooWon couple went outside the recording area, leaving Joong Ki and Hye Kyo alone to watch and feast on the feels with their kissing scenes (it's funny how Joong Ki would twist his iRing non-stop when they started kissing on the screen, saying 'aigoo, aigoo, aigoo aigoo' with a twitterpated expression. Hye Kyo would smile, and oftentimes play with her hair and talk a lot to Joong Ki when the kiss scene comes along hahaha they're dorks)

But there was one part that really, literally PERKED MY ATTENTION. LIKE I GAWKED WHEN I SAW THE TRANSLATIONS AND THE VIDEO. It was when they were re-running the part where Yoo Si Jin saved Kang Mo Yeon from Argus and took her back to Taebaek, and then there's this part where he starts to feel sad after killing off his friend. Hye Kyo praised him for doing a very good job during that action scene, since he delivered his character well, and even during the crying scene when the wind was too strong and he had to do lots of takes just to get the emotion right. Song Joong Ki was very much humbled, telling his 'sunbaenim' that she was overflowing with generosity of compliments (then doing the fist bump with her)

Hye Kyo felt surprised, since it's been a while since he was acting like that (I think she was referring to the fist bump haha) and asks Joong Ki if they had to work together just for her to hear him call her 'sunbaenim', but Joong Ki nonchalantly mentioned that he wouldn't call her that way once the director yells 'Cut!'

SJK: You are so generous with compliments, sunbaenim. Thank you.

SHK: You become humble!

SJK: *initiates fistbump*

SHK: *bumps fist with SJK* It's been a long time since you acted like this...do we have to be working for me to hear you calling me 'sunbaenim'??

SJK: After "cut", I won't be doing it anymore.

SO WHATCHA THINK GUYS. I might be just too elated after seeing this, but I just can't help it! Not to mention during most (if not all) of the BTS in DOTS, Joong Ki never referred to her as 'noona' or 'sunbaenim' (Note: During their rehearsals for the wine kiss scene, Hye Kyo did an accidental adlib in taking the bottle with her--something which was not originally in the script--and Joong Ki noticed that, speaking Banmal (or informally) towards her, saying "Wah, it's the real Hye Kyo! It's the real Song Hye Kyo!) if you could review, I haven't encountered a behind the scene clip where he used honorifics towards her. I could hear him do this everytime they were on a presscon, or whenever they were at some awarding ceremony...but the BTS? Idk. Haven't encountered any.

Hit me up on what you think about this! <3
