Celeste Lune-Marie Beauregarde was born to Lyra Aries Black, a British scion of the House of Black, and Marius Jean Beauregarde, the heir of the House of Beauregarde, on December 31, 1999 in Lyon, France. She was the second born - the Spare to her older brother's, Adrian Hyperion Beauregarde's, Heir. When she was born, much like her distant cousins Nymphadora Tonks and Edward "Teddy" Lupin, her hair began to change into different colors after her birth, revealing the fact that she was a Metamorphagus.
Pureblood dogma was practically embedded in her blood. Her parents were better than most, tolerating muggles and muggleborns and being against intermarriages between familial relations but never really hiding the fact they thought purebloods were superior. She and Adrian grew up with the same idealogies - that is, until they got lost while on a trip to Paris when she was 6 years old. The two had somehow stumbled into the muggle world and it caught their interest. Even when their parents found them and they went home, the things they saw in the muggle world piqued their interests too much.
And so, when Celeste was 8, their parents parents cared less about where they went and more on their business (their parents loved them yes, but their business boomed around this time so they were almost never home), the siblings would sneak away often and learned about the muggle world. It was amazing! Muggles were very creative, managing to substitute their lack of magic with incredible inventions. It was also around this time that Celeste began attending Beauxbatons Preparatory Academy (as Beauxbatons, like Mahoutokoro, take in children under 11 - or rather at the age of 8, in their case) and met many muggleborns who taught her a lot about the muggle world.
The family moved to Masachusetts when Celeste was 9, pulling the siblings out of Beauxbatons Prep while they were at it. The house they moved into was massive - an old family property from the Black side of the family, her mother had told the siblings. Said property was near a magical forest, sparking Celeste's interest in what may live there.
She would wander around, enjoying nature. One day, she found a hurt kneazle (though she has no idea why it was there) and took it home. Luckily, her parents were on a business trip and the house elves were more than glad to help her out. She tended to its wounds and nursed it back to health, eventually setting the creature free when it was healthy enough. That incident sparked a passion she never thought she would feel. From that moment on, she would bring injured creatures from the forest and take care of them. The house elves were okay with hiding that fact from her parents, since their primary orders were to make sure Celeste and Adrian would be happy and well, Mistress Celeste was quite joyed with taking care of magical creatures so they saw no wrong in hiding said creatures' existences.
When she was 11, she joined her brother, a Wampus, in Ilvermorny. As she stood on the symbol of the Gordian Knot, the crystal of the Horned Serpent lit up, the Thunderbird beat its wings and the Pukwudgie raised its arrow into the air. In the end, Celeste chose Thunderbird.

Helios told her that because she felt too much like a sister and a best friend to him. Also, he felt that she might be too young and too inexperienced to know what love is and is just mistaking her crush for him as love. He told her to try dating a couple people before deciding. Helios gave her sound arguments and so Celeste agreed.
Celeste has dated two people so far but her feelings for Helios never disappeared. The two still communicate, unwilling to let the confession ruin their friendship. Though lately, it's been more flirtatious.
He's also a huge source of information if something suspected to be beast-related happens.
