Hyunae is, in a word, ruthless, and she accepts nothing less from her peers. She will do anything to achieve her goals, regardless of if it's the "right" thing to do or not. She doesn't care much about others except for how she can use them. This doesn't mean she's unfriendly- in fact, she has a habit of collecting people she thinks can be useful. If you were to ask, they'd all say they're probably her best friend, but that she's always so busy with the company they don't get the chance to spend much time together. Hyunae spends a lot of time maintaining her appearance, and she's very vain. She's earned a bad reputation within the company as an airhead because of how often she reapplies lipstick or goes to check her hair. But her preoccupation with herself doesn't stop her from being extremely efficient. She lays her plans well and follows through with them, destroying anything that gets in her way.

No matter what she became, Hyunae has always been a spoiled rich kid. She went to good schools, never had to work a part time job, and got her position at XI Entertainment handed to her. But that's not to say she isn't fierce, or hardworking. Hyunae has fought tooth and nail for everything in her life. She doesn't lose, and no one says no to her. When they do, she finds a way to get what she wants anyways. She has a dual reputation- on the surface she's the spoiled brat of the CEO who's only there for the pay check. For some, however, she's the woman that ruined their lives and that they'd never speak out against. While going through her higher education Hyunae got the idea to try and help her father's obscure entertainment company by producing the groups herself. She began personally overseeing the trainees and hiring producers and composers for the debut of XI's first group. 

Behind the scenes, Hyunae has an interest in the occult that spans back to her high school days. Her wealth and influence put her in the unique position of actually being able to pursue those interests, and tell the real from the fake. Her cutthroat approach to her life lead her to finding all the ways she could use this knowledge to get ahead- no matter the price she would have to pay.
