Anxiety. Help me

I'm having so much anxiety right now and I don't know who to turn to. I tried talking to like 3 of my friends but two were like "ugh not again" and the third felt like she didn't care. Any tips on how to stop being so anxious?

I feel like this year is my worst yet and it's only february. I really don't know who to talk to or what to do. My parents won't let me get professional help either so it's either I figure out a way to deal with it on my own or die slowly like this.

Hi, I've been dealing with anxiety for nearly a year. I don't want to scare you, but if it gets in between your daily life, you should seek professional help. Maybe you could see with your school (if you're a student) psychologist. I swear, just talking about it makes a huge different. For the meantime, when you feel like anxiety is getting over, take deep breaths and try to focus your attention on something (I focus mine on my heartbeat). Treat yourself well, that means eat as healthy as you can, do sports etc. Exercise is really the best. Meditation can help also. Take a bath or anything that makes you feel better.

Do everything you have to do ahead of time so you won't stress later.

There's lots of different ways to reduce anxiety, I hope you get better.

But I don't understand why your parents are against you seeking professional help.

Anxiety, when it's really high, is a medical problem, I think due to a low level of serotonin, not sure though. There's lot of reasons I guess

Anyways, wish you the best<33

Try take a warm bath or shower to calm yourself. You can also make your f.drink and notice it's smell. Take ten deep breath and count them and if you have some thing important to do then make sure to do s checklist beforehand by writing down the day time and etc.. Try listen to some soft music , do some meditation or go out to enjoy nature smell the air feel the wind to your face and etc. If you really can't find someone to talk too maybe you can seek help from social support group as well as to talk to your school counselor . Hope that you'l feel better soon. Stay strong

It that sometimes the people you thought will be there to help you out aren't that much of a help. I had a serious depression plus anxiety in my junior year of high school and I had a lot of support from my friends and parents which it did help but at the end of the day is up to you to understand what really triggers those feelings of uneasiness that leads to anxiety. I have seen myself grow detach from things that I know I can't control which was what triggered my anxiety back them. I felt like I was lacking compare to others so once I understood that I my battle was with myself and not with the outside world I started to take care of myself little by little. Your self-esteem is really important and that way to make yourself feel good and appreciated is to take care od your health. Some suggestions I can give you that work for me is to make a list of the things you want to accomplish each day and mark them off your list, also allot some time for yourself, watch a movie or go for a run. Do anything that takes your worries for a while and find people that understand your feelings. Many people that don't feel anxious most of the time tend to disregard what anxious people really feel so find those people that make you feel at ease. I don't know what could trigger your anxious feelings but it all start with you. If you need anyone to talk to just send me a private message and I'll be all ears. Good luck and cheer up because like shouldn't be waisted like this. (:

don't worry, anxiety's pretty common, im going through some of it now :( at home, i listen to music or take a nap, that helps after a stressful time. if im anxious and im not at home, i take deep breaths and just loosen myself. literally, i relax all my muscles and that helps a bit. mainly, tell yourself constantly that it's gonna be ok. since your friends don't care, i'll say it: things are gonna get better. don't worry. can i ask if your anxiety is school or work related?

It was the same with me last year and apparently this one too ... but to reduce the anxiety I am trying to be as calm as possible. Also a good comedy movie can bring you out of the reality for some time ... clear your mind ...
