I'm pretty sure that in Aus you're allowed to drink alcohol if your parent/guardian allows it and you're on your own private property, right?

is it the same in America? If so, does that mean that since Yugyeom was on Mark's parents' property and they were technically his guardians at that moment, he was allowed to drink. If he even did lol.

please answer, because I'm so curious.

I mean, if you're with your parents or guardian, then it shouldn't really be a big deal. They're watching you and making sure you don't pull any dumb sh*t, but I mean, you'd probably still want to be on the lookout for cops. So I think it's more like as long as you don't get caught then you're fine. (I'm a good child alright. I don't drink. I'm not entirely sure.) I think people were blowing things out of proportion with that whole situation, like you said, Mark's parents were his guardians and it's not like he hasn't drunk before, I mean, the legal drinking age in Korea is 19 I think. Plus it's not like he was driving or clubbing or something, ya know? He was at Mark's home, perfectly safe. Fans just like starting things for no reason. Let the boy drink if he wants to! He's a grown a*s adult, godd*mnit.
