How does the story get featuerd? I know it's based on how much upvote a story gets, but there are some other stories that didn't get featured even when it's at 200 upvotes. I know it does it every 12:00 in the afternoon in western time featured a story, but does it depend on how fast got the upvotes? Some other stories didn't get featured until 150 upvotes and it was three years ago that that story was published. I don't get it.
