Innocent, Firecracker feisty and  Senstitive

Areum is sweet and innocent yet also a firecracker, which  means don't get her pissed off. She is very optmistic  and is alwas looking to the bright side of things and is always ready to make new friends. She is very dedicated to strengthing her talents and also wants to help others in that field. Her downfall is that she is too trusting and kind so she is taken advantage of. Sometimes when she talks she doesn't think things through which can get her in a few messes from time to time. Also she gets very depressed when someone bullies her: especially about her weight. She often sometimes second-guesses herself and she has low self esteem.She is also a hopeless romantic and tends to have a lot of crushes which go away. She has doubts because she thinks that no one would love her and she would be single forever. Also very clumsy.

 

Areum is always up for any kind of adventure, this shows her wild side. She sometimes thinks up the most crazy ideas. She is very daring and always looks danger in the eye but when its gets too overwhelming she tends to step back. When she is alone you always see her with a book, tablet or phone reading. Sometimes when her groupmates have problems they come to her for advice because she has the most struggles and this makes her very mature in mindset; she has a solution for everything except for the love department for she has never had a relation to know what its like.

BACKGROUND: Areum grew up in the city of Seoul. She was basically a sheltered child, not going out much but staying home with her family. She has always done well in school with a few bad grades here and there but overall a very smart girl. Throughout her school life she has been very creative in singing and has been in her school choir for a majority of her life.Druing that time, she was also training to be an idol with SM Entertainment from age 14.  Upon graduation she focused her time to be the best idol she could be. Although 1 month before deput she was scrapped from being an idol because her voice in SM's case not powerful enough and her dancing was also not dyanmic.

TRAINEE YEARS: has been training from age 14 till now 

TRAINEE LIFE: Aaeum's training was not a bed of roses. She was constantly picked on for her weight and her skin colour. She is also an excellent singer but her dance skills really needed work. She passed SM's auditionsand proceeded to her idol training, she also suffered a lot of abuse form her fellow trainees in the door and also critism from a few staff as well. A few months before debut she was cut from the SM Label.

Reason for entering Label SJ- It was already late October 2017, the 22nd to be more specific and this month was going to change her life forever. In early January 12 2018 Areum Park was set to make her first musical debut with the powerhouse SM Entertainment. She was in the final steps of her long training and was ready to shine on the world, but things were not always so. She got a call saying that she was to meet with the CEO of the company to discuss things and that was when the bomb was dropped; SHE WAS BEING CUT, BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH AS A PERFORMER!!! Few days after she was devestated but she was not going to give up so easily so she decided to give herself and talent to legendary Entertainment Company Label Super Junior. Since she was a huge ELF and a kpopper overall, why not be taught to be a star with the most legendary band of the Hallyu wave. She gave her resume and hoped for the best and by 2 days she got a call from SJ's Angel leader Leetuk saying that they wanted to sign her; they were all so impressed by her video audition and could not wait to have her as one of their artists.

 

 After a few months, she already started training but this time not as much because she already have a lot of training under her belt from being in SM. Some of the trainees were nice to her and there was always going to be naysayers taunting her about her not debuting. Overall training was a lot of fun but with the hardwork included as well. The staff was very nice and encouraged her to be the best that she could be. A lot of staff have been saying that she was an exceptional individual only having a year of Training just to polish her skills. On Feburary 16 2019 the CEOs decided to talk to her and say that she would be debuting but in a girl group named Miracle.

RELATIONSHIP: _Kyung Bin and Areum met during their training days in secret trying to avoid trouble from their sunbaes and groupmates alike. They met because Areum was being bullied by other trainees and he stepped in to be her hero and that was when the love blossomed. He is always tring to prove to her that she is right person for him and to help build her self confidence. Although lurking in the shadows Siwon thinks that he is the right man for the youngest of the group and he is very skeptical of kyungbin being the guy of her dreams since he is still young and has no experience in what he thinks is love, another downside is that relationships and careers should never mix, but he  would do whatever it takes for her to shine and also to know that she is loved even if she doesn't know it____

TRIVIA: Always seen hanging out together, even when practising.

They finish each other's sentences sometimes and even knows what the other is thinking.

He gives her cat related presents while she gives him dog related gifts.
