glass doll, 유리 인형 — her general persona amongst idols and fans, they say that she looks like a doll because of her looks. she's perfect, her image is flawless and idols even say that they had never met someone better. other names include little miss perfect or our princess.
jun oppa, 준오빠 — a general nickname from the group and fans is because of her boyish outfits as well as the fact her name is very masculine. fans questioned it but she laughed saying that she was tesselate's team oppa. they also say that junhyeok's gloves give them the feeling of a butler.
native korean, 한국어 OK! — raised in south korea by south korean parents, korean is junhyeok's native language.
conversational japanese, 日本語 OK! — even if she was born in japan, she didn't known any japanese prior to her training, where she was placed into a japanese class. she knows the basics. she can hold a decent conversation in japanese but it can be easily told she doesn't have quite the hang of japanese yet.

as she's dancing, moving her hips to the tune, she's smiling and trying to show some charm. the mentors praise on her performance skills, she shows a fresh charm. she's appealing, the male trainees whistling as they pass by. junhyeok tries to be winsome, trying to learn how to be appealing to fans and others so that she won't be a useless member to tesselate. which is why she often donates to charity, volunteering for events and giving lollipops out to fans and little kids. with a smile plastered to her face, she's altruistic, thinking about others more than herself but she even wonders, why she's doing it.
— the banners of carps fly across the sky as a mother is trying her best to push, twins coming out for the first time. with the pleasant faces of a baby boy and a baby girl, she poked their foreheads and giggled. naming them junwoo and junhyeok, her sunshine and moonlight. that's what she called them, as she saw the grin on little junwoo's face and junhyeok's small, pouty face. their father just smiled softly, his first children looked so adorable but he knew raising them was a hassle. the winds blew and slowly, a couple of years passed and as the cheerful mother was singing to her children, the two children holding hands in the back and a delivery motorcycle passed, hitting the car.

the monitors go still for a moment and the twins realise the meaning of loss, junwoo sobbing loudly as junhyeok stays there, still for a moment. rubbing her hands, her father placing his hand on hers and in that moment, she slapped it away. mumbling disgusting, tears welling in her eyes and she ran away to cry. junwoo chasing after, patting her shoulder before junhyeok yelling at him to let go, she needed some alone time. but none of them knew that alone time would turn into minutes, days, weeks and years.

said a woman in her mid twenties as she faced the twins, grinning ear to ear as she walked around looking for the two. the two hide in a closet, peeping through the hole and see the woman sit on their father's lap. they see her kiss their father, their father playing along and the two feel disgusted. her brother covering his eyes and feeling her touch on her hands, she rubs them and cries. needing to wash them so bad, she feels the need to wash them. desperate, she bursts the closet door open and runs to the bathroom. washing her hands for so long, her hands are dry, till her hands are barely recognisable.

junwoo opens the door, when they're older and brings his friends over. they joke about her arms being too skinny, her waist being too thin and her hair too ugly and so pressured, junwoo jokes along. he pokes fun at her hands, the one thing she's sensitive about, the blood and wounds making them look so off and unusual. and she cries, like it's the only thing she knows how to do because her own brother, twin brother has made fun of her and she doesn't know what to do. because she knows that he knows she has no friends and how uncomfortable she feels.

junhyeok finds an interest, in singing and idols. she's thirteen when she finds about shinee, she started listening to their music and sing along, dance along and even try to rap along. her parents didn't understand her love yet but they didn't judge it much, it was hard before for junhyeok to find an interest. everyday after her homework or as much as she could, practiced dancing and singing. in hopes, she could become an idol too. make someone as plain as her happy, make others happy too by dancing and singing.
