calling out the most explosive or flashiest moves because they sound pretty cool. he's the type of trainer who would only teach their pokemon offensive moves, disregarding everything else completely. all about the 1-hit-ko's bc it makes him and his pokemon feel invincible / he's that one guy who would only throw a pokeball once and if the wild pokemon wouldn't let itself get captured, then he just knocks them out and leaves because homeboy has no ounce of patience really. also, if they faint from the first hit - not worth his time or pokeballs. the only exceptions are (surprise surprise) feline pokemon
