I wasted 60 Dollars on a party... I'm pissed!

I just wasted $60!!

This is what happens when you don't think before you act.

This is what happens when you go to a place with a friend that's  broke as hell.

This is what happens when you try to be spontaneous and do things behind your parents back.

I originally thought we were going to a party with 3 of my high school friends. Two couldn't go so there was just me and a friend I'll call K.

When the others couldn't make it that should've been the first sign. But we still caught an Uber downtown to the party. The first ride was free so I wasn't tripping.

Coat check was $20. I didn't know that.

The Uber to get back home was $40 dollars because it was 2am and a holiday.

At 1am it was only $15. I should've left when I had a chance.

The party was boring with just the two of us. We basaically just stood there the whole time. And her ex boyfriend came and I got a bad vibe from him. I should've stayed my at home and I could've saved my precious money. I'm already a broke college student.

I could've brought better things with that money.

Note to self, never trust a friend that is broke as hell. And have a clear plan as well.

This is exactly why I don't be spontaneous. Because I always end up being the responsible one.

On the bright side, at least I didn't drive downtown and get my car towed. Luckily I had money to get home safely with. That situation could've gone badly real quick. But I'm so glad it didn't.

We live we learn right...?

I think I'm going to avoid K for a while. I don't want to deal with anymore of her B.S. And I think she low-key kept the $5 I gave her because I thought we had to pay to get in. I keep adding it up in on my head and I should have more money than I counted...

P.S. I'm pissed off because I spent all this money and she didn't have to pay for .

Well you've learned your lesson and you won't repeat the same mistake again. Hopefully. I hope you're better now?
Be careful and cautious.

Be more careful in the future. At least you have learned your lesson. Money can earn but what matters is your well being. Thank God you are safe and sound.
