Well comedy tends to have blocky shapes with defined edges, and on more than one occasion there have been pictures/photos that are outlines in white or some other bright colour to make it stand out ... Random flowers and hearts everywhere ... Generally not very "smooth" or "subtle", BIG BRIGHT BLOCKY COLOURS dont be afraid!! Also not very complicated either ... Background, title, photos, maybe a few mini pics, done. No real need to elaborate I think?
Fluff ... Um pastelly colours I see a lot, bright but more muted than comedy. There are different types of fluff, like angsty fluff, dramatic fluff, comedy fluff, and of course, fluffy fluff ... Fluff UGH I dont know ... Hearts and stuff I guess lol. Pictures and photos of the people, make sure they stand out to be the main characters ... Plainer background than like, fantasy type ones so theyre generally also quite simple?

I think for cute and fluffly posters pastel colours work well, use cute pictures of the people you want in it and things like little cartoons of things like clouds or like those starbucks and star cartoons you can find that are all cutely animated
can't really help you with cute & comedy TT__TT
As for fluff or happy posters, I will definitely choose bright colors (usually pastel colors, but it depends) and use some HQ flowers, clouds, or any other nature pics, and add it with a red-ish coloring if it's still too pale :P
