Treat Daewon as a therapist.

An unconventional one, nonetheless, but he's helping Sanghyuk work through his problems with regards to past abuse of etiquette. The reason why I did not write in a professional therapist is because

  1. Sanghyuk has problems socializing
  2. Sanghyuk has extreme issues with submission/his submissive "nature" (learned or inherent, we will find out, though perhaps not so soon) that a regular psychologist would not be able to challenge. Daewon, as a Dominant, is well-versed in dealing with abused subs that have twisted perceptions of power balances.
For example, a regular psychologist would not have the jurisdiction (or at least it would be awkward) to bring Sanghyuk down into subspace in order to teach him how to deal with being in subspace.

If you have no idea what the phrases used in this blog post are ("submissive"/"subs", "Dominant"/"Doms", "subspace"), they are basically community jargon (?) and the terms are pretty self-explanatory.
